On gaia we have around 100,000 members on the hot hours. If we could at least inform half of them it would be spectacular.
How about a towns meet up?
We can recruit as many gaians as possible and then everybody can get on towns and take a screen shot of everyone saying "Ron Paul!", "rEVOLution!" or something of that nature.

Sounds like a good idea to me! What time or date would be good?
For me, I'm usually on for an hour or so every day, but the time varies ... between 1.00 and 4.00 P.M. EST is when I'm usually on, most days except Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. From the week of January 13 on I'll definitely be available between 12.30 and 3.30 P.M. EST every Wednesday.
What about everyone else?

I'm normally on around noon est when school starts again. Then outside of that it will have to be a Saturday, but I can make it over to someones house who has wireless and get on in the afternoons.

How about Saturday the 5th? Maybe around 4 or 5 est? The only thing left is to get people to come. Only 1 of my gaian friends will be on. So try to get your friends to get on and join us, and do what you can to spread the word. Post in the forums, and just try and get people involved. Also here is a picture of a sign me and my gf hanged about an hour ago:

I'll go ahead and send PMs to all the members suggesting that date, and see who can make it and who can't, and what time is good and so on and so forth.
In which section of the towns do you think we should meet?

Ahem. Anyway, PMs sent out to almost all members, except you, me, my mule, and my brother and sister, as they're currently sitting behind me watching me like hawks.

Nah, I like to talk politics on Gaia but a "march" on an internet town populated by mostly thirteen year old non-voters is going to be a waste of time and probably just really annoying to most folks. I'm out, sorry.

I'm out, sorry. it doesn't matter. I flyer In down town San Francisco and a lot of parents come up to us asking who is Ron Paul and why does my kid like them so much? We need a candidate that is loved and supported by every generation of Americans (and foreigners too) We need a president who is looking out for the American people as a Whole not just one or two generation. That's why you should be encouraging anyone/ everyone to support Ron Paul. don't discriminate!

I like it! Do you think we could finalize a date? We may want to do it in very early January, before most college students head back to classes and have little time to get online. wahmbulance

Also, January 5th is a Saturday and I will be out.

Less Than Liz That's great, but I'm not "marching" my avatar through a pixel town for Ron Paul. Also, January 5th is a Saturday and I will be out. Thats fine, every person has a choice of what they want to be involved in. This event obviously won't do anything to gain monetary support for Dr. Paul. Though it will get his name out, and even if it is a bunch of teenagers seeing us they might get interested in politics and spark conversations with their parents. This is a grass roots revolution and every chance we can get Dr. Paul's name out is a win for our cause! whee
