In order to form a squad, you must first clear its formation with your crew captain.

Make sure you obey all the rules that gaia has put before you and te special rules that we apply here.

That does mean be nice, don't discourage people in the guild, try to help people out.

Look for friends that may want to be in the guild, shoot maybe even look for people that love to battle, roleplay, or even help run a guild.

To be moved up in the foodchain so to speak, you must....
Donate to our guild bank mule about 10k in gold (only once)
Have two recomendations from the guild Vice Captains/Captain
Have offered two battle strategies
Have gone through an interview with a Crew rank or higher member reguarding your reasons for wanting to move up and a questionare to see if you truly deserve it.
And to have posted at least 20-30 times in the guild forums.
Keep your battle strategies in mind when you try to become promoted, because we're not going to look for it in piles of info that we will gather.
Pm the captain of the guild for your interview, that's the last step.

Nobody likes a crybaby, tell us the problem instead of crying about it, ask for higher power rings, etc. in order to fix the problem.

As you remember we are a free-agent guild, this does mean that there will be missions where people from other guilds will be requesting our help, treat them with respect until after the original mission is completed.Then you can treat them any way you like.This will help our bank mule get some money for the future contests because we are going to request gold for our services on a fair basis.

Nobody wants to deal with beggars, trade items, work for the item or ring that you want, we do our best to make sure that everyone gets a little from their transactions.
