Maybe this'll help, I'm not as good at filtering Bassken as I'd like to be, but here's what I've learned: yellow guppies move just like junk - filter 'em out orange guppies move in a zig-zag pattern - catch 'em if you want red guppies move a lot like green bass - they'll fool 'ya All bass and stripers simply move faster than any of the above, with the exception of red guppies so - catch 'em if you can I always use a distance rod at Bassken because it's easier to tell by the end (before the fish reach the pier) if it's junk or fish. Junk will usually go straight in and fish will continue to pull on the rod. Good luck heart

Yeah, just to help more of what Commodore said, bass and stripers moves long and turn faster, gray striper are easy to say, red guppys are the little f*****... always confuse you. I have a lot of free time, so tell me where you are and i'll go to help you out. Good luck! 3nodding

I think the yellow guppies move a little to each side more than usuall, and the orange guppies move less to each side.

smile thanks everyone........i just really don't have the patience to win a filtering contest.these people are getting around 6 grey stripers per bucket eek that would take forever rofl i think i'm too spoiled on A bait and my distance plus, but i'm in 4th place(out of 5) with just 1 or 2 days left so no way i can win.most of these people aren't even on the stats but they sure can filter.oh well i gave it a try smile thanks again everyone heart heart heart

Trying is what matters, but if you ever want to learn how to filter, and you see me online, please ask =) I know I'll learn a lot myself by trying to explain to others.

eek eek surprised surprised wow check this out everyone Final totals: FFT Bassken 2 - 30000 + 14141 + 1500 = 45641 FFT Bassken 5 - 10606 + 1500 = 12016 FFT Bassken 4 - 5303 + 1500 = 6803
i wound up in 2nd cause bassken 1 & 3 failed to qualify, they didn't fish enough buckets. mrgreen but i did learn a lot thanks to all of you heart i didn't want to win 2nd this way but then they knew they had to fish enough buckets to qualify and i proved i don't cheat at fishing biggrin ...so thats a good way to start a new year heart heart heart love you all
