So...Why Is It That Nirvash Stops Letting Eureka Pilot it? I Mean Its So Sudden And The Nirvash Ends Up Simi Hating Eureka. She Cant Even Pilot It When Renton Is In Trouble. You Would Think That Nirvash Would Wanna Save Renton But It Wont Let Eureka Pilot It At All. What Changed? And What Made Renton So Much Better?

renton became much closer to the nirvash and was chosen by the nirvash to pilot it because the nirvash had a freeer feel to itself than with eureka

Well Eureka was getting weaker. She was getting weaker and her ability to pilot the Nirvash was fading even in the first episode when she smashed into The Thurston House.
Then as Eureka and Renton got close the Nirvash needed Renton to pilot it. But soon it requires both of them to pilot it.

This sorta adds on in ways to what others have said... But Nirvash can be seen in two ways through-out the series.
The first is it being a child raised by a single mother [Eureka]. By Eureka looking for a partner it is also a search for a father for Nirvash in a sence. Like any little kid they'd want to get more close and learn out papa, so Nirvash begins to "hang out" and want Renton more at the moment. But when Renton runs away from the Gekko-Go [Leaving Nirvash and Eureka behind] it feels angry and mad at him. Since it is in this state, it is pouting like a little kid thus when Eureka wishes to go after and find him it refuses.
Nirvash can also be seen as a female best friend to Eureka. Everyone out there knows what happens when a boy comes into the picture and both friends like him. To Eureka it looks like Nirvash has been stolen from her and doesn't want her anymore because she has been hanging out with Renton. Yet at the same time she has her own feelings for Renton and wishes for him to spend more time with her. Thus a love triangle begins to form, add that to her little knowledge on the subject, the reaction she is getting from the Scub, rejection from Nirvash because they are fighting over the same guy, etc. You get the answer to your questions.

But seriously I never looked at it as a Momma and a Papa scenario before. But now that I think of it, the entire show was practicaly about family and friends. Renton trying not to grow up like his father, whom he barely remembers. Holland and Talho becoming parents. And of course Eureka being an adoptive mother of Maurice, Link, and Maeter.
Another point here being that Rentons' mother wasn't mentioned at all, and Renton sorrounds himself with mother-like companions. Talho, Hilda, and Eureka. Gidget was like the Sister, Moondoggie was like the cousin. Stoner was the Uncle along with the ships Gunner Ken-Goh. Woz and Jobs were distant cousins. Gonzo was the distant but wise grandfather. Mishca was the health nut type aunt. Hap and Matthiue are the the family friends who were practicaly family.
