Chii (as i call it) has yet to be measured, what unit do we use is the main thing. I have hopefully named a good method for all of this. Volts...i decided to use the method of measuring electrical charge. v (volt)= 1v, kv (kilovolt)= 1,000v, mv (megavolt)= 1,000,000, gv (gigavolt)= 1,000,000,000v. Now for the baseling. The human body on average contains 50kv. That is on average not a lot. An apprentice training in magic contains on average 200kv. A journeyman contains 800kv. A mage contains 2mv. And a master mage contains 6mv. And a Grand Master Mage contains 30mv. With training you can be above average, to well astranomically stronger, the human body knows no bounds. On average a vampire is a special case, vampires are bound to this earth with strong blood magic, so a vampires body contains over 4gv, but not all of that is useable, 3gv is necessary to stay alive, and vampires need to feed to regenerate that chii. so on average vampires have 1gv of useable energy. A werewolf is mostly human untransformed. An untransformed werewolf has on average 500mv, but transformed they are like vampires, they have 10gv, but they can't use any of it, it all goes to their body, making them faster, stronger, and have unparalled senses. Demons are powerhouses of chii. Their amount of chii is how we determine what level they are. Low-level have below 30gv, mid-level demons have between 30- 100gv, high-level demons have 100-500gv, and the final most powerful types of demons are called God demons which have 500gv+. I seem to have forgotten half-demons, but they have on average 5gv. None of you fully understand the vastness of chii until my next post, about attack, and attack costs.

This is a very vast subject. Since there is so much we can do with chii that it is virtually limitless. But i will try to name general terms. It takes a couple of steps to set up a defense, or attack.

Gather
Condense
Convert
Launch/ Surround

Gather- it is the most simple step in the whole process, which is simply collect chii into the body part, or area in which it will exit the body.

Condense- This step is moderately easy, but the most vital to create the defense/attack. This determines the magnitude of the attack or defense. The more chii, the stronger the attack/defense. You measure the magnitude in this formula. example KiloVolts/ Centimeter^3. Which is, translated in english, how many KiloVolts per cubic Centimeter.

Convert- Conversion is only for attacks. Chii is energy, and can be switched to a different form of energy. So at cost of a little chii, you can transform chii into thermal (fire) energy, electrical (lightning), or any other kind of energy.

Launch/ Surround- In attacks, once converted into a different type of energy, you launch it out of your designated body part towards your target. While making a defense of some sort, you have your condensed chii cover part of, or all of you. A shield can only survive a chii attack of less magnitude. If it is equal, then the shield is nullified, but if it is greater, the magnitude of the shield is subtracted from the magnitude of the attack, and what ever is left over is the new magnitude. The formula looks like this (A)kv/cm^3 - (D)kv/cm^3 = (NA)kv/cm^3 A= attack, D= Defense, and NA= New Attack.

Chii Control

People can become very good mages by learning the control their chii very well. There are a couple rules that we must apply by though. The most basic is: you can't use more chii than what you have. But all of your chii doesn't regenerate over night. The Chii regeneration rate is 600v/h, well on average, their are certain people whos chii regenerates faster than average, but the highest recorded was double, 1.2kv/h. Now their are 3 parts to chii control. Chii manipulation, chii condensation, chii refinement.
Chii manipulation is how well one can move chii throughout their body, and enviroment. A master can manipulate his chii outside his body, wrap it around an opponent, and then convert it into an attack, all in a moment. Chii condensation is simple, how much chii you can condense in a cubic centimeter, the highest recorded is 2mv/cm^3, it was done by a God-level demon. Chii refinement is the percentage of chii you can convert. You may be thinking that The Law of Conservation of Energy dsagrees with this, but no. You use some chii to change the rest. On average the percent change cost is 10.6943%, and getting your refinement up is incredibly hard. The more chii you try to convert, the more it cost to change. So to change 100v of chii, you need 10v of chii, really more like 11v. The lowest cost percentage is .9036% that was set by a human Grand Master Mage..

Chii costs-

I made this sound like it would be the first reply, but i got sidetracked. Well onto the subject

Chii cost is affected by two things, density and volume. You multiply the density, by the volume in cubic centimeters. So if 5kv/mm^3 * 40mm^3 = 200kv Ya that sounds right. So attacks that are larger often are often weaker. And smaller stronger.

I bet you all are relieved since this is one of my shortest posts on this topic so far.

I seem to have forgotten to explain how magnitude feels. like what would happen if hit with a 40kv attack. So let me explain.

1v = similar to sticking your tongue on a 9v battery
10v = slapping your forehead after you make a mistake
100v = a moderate punch
1,000v (1kv) = a .005 calibur gunshot
10,000v (10kv) = A normal gunshot
100,000v (100kv) = a 10 calibur gunshot
1,000,000v (1mv) = a stick of dynamite
10,000,000v (10mv) = a 50 calibur rifle
100,000,000v (100mv) = a whole bundle of dynamite
1,000,000,000v (1gv) = a missile
10,000,000,000v (10gv) = a missile bombardment
100,000,000,000v (100gv) = an atomic bomb
