Admit her feelings for him. If he really does have feelings for her, he'll probably tell her then, unless he's stubborn, in which case she can tell him to sit lol

She should let him wait until he feels he is ready to admit to his feelings, because he needs to be sure that he truly loves her and not because she is like Kikyo in a number of ways.

I think Kagome should admit her feelings to him, for example, she could say: "Inu, I love u and I wonder if u love me the same." And go back in the well. If he loved her, he would follow her.
