1. they can't be bad cosplayers. since the bleach live action was horrible.
2. NO MUSICAL.
3. wtf magical effects.

I just don't think it would work out well, I'm too used to seeing it in anime format with the voice actors. There would have to be really good costumes and special effects. And actors that resemble the characters very closely.
