Thanks, lol. Yeah we definetly need to make it better, saving up isnt as fun anymore, Gaia can shower you with gold at one moment and leave you starving the next. I mean when I sign in, do a few things, I can make say, up to 500 or so gold. But then trying to get some collectible takes days, and the economy the way it is here, a donation item could be 12k one day but shoot up to 22k the next day, so you feel discouraged gonk

I remember it used to be s**t damned harder to get gold and items on this site, but they had to wuss it up for the masses. It seems to me they focus alot on pampering the newbs nowadays, which ended up being a shot in the foot because by doing so the veteran gaians that have been used to getting less gold, now rake in it, and the gold piles up.

Yeah, and there's so many things out there that are available that one can't really keep up. BTW, isn't there a place somewhere that has all the items ever released on Gaia and are not available in the shops? At least we have the collectible museum but that doesn't include the items from events or whatever, right?

The only thing with Tek Tek is you don't get to wear the items on your actual avatar, and sometimes the layering is messed. Ah well, it's free. Plus you can still snapshot and put in your sig or something.
Gaia just basically gave everyone that was signed up before New Years a bundle of gold. I'm sure that's gonna help... stressed

Right, tektek is useful but there's so many items that I don't feel like even search for all of them. And what's worse is that the items have to be looked for individually by how they are equipped. You don't get to look for an item per say and just click on it to see the equipping options. For example, I thought that the mythril armor would let you see a list of all the equipment choices but no, you had to search for the rest and I had no idea how many there were. I spent a lot of time looking for the darn things! stressed

I like this thread, I sporadically have logged on Gaia in the course of a year or more and every time I log on it's different. Now the market place asks for a percentage of gold...WHY!? scream gonk heart stressed Who is going to profit from that gold? WHAT THE HELL IS THIS!?

Gaia is so damn commercial now a days, spiderwick this and VJ that, CASH shop here and CASH card there. That is soooo dirty, like friggin Habbo hotel, I thought gaia had more dignity, but nope. When they deliberately make you spend money that's when they are becoming asses.

Well Soma, if you look at the previous pages, you'll see that we've discussed our thoughts on why they made the marketplace charge you for the stuff you sell.
But you know, I dont think that Gaia getting to be more commercial can be such a bad thing. True, most of the items they give you for checking out stuff is not so good but others are; like the slime from Dragon Quest, for example. At least I liked it! mrgreen

I seldom watch the videos, I leave them on, walk around do other things, and Ron Bruise sure likes to update his freaking movies often, damn announcements get annoying when they come in frequent. Also I notice after a while of posting you stop getting gold per post and start earning little gold just by going from page to page which sucks cause I am so close to geting something and the gold is kinda off since I have been on for a few hours now gonk

I just need the Spartan gloves to complete this look, they're 14k and with new hair I'll go back down to zero, damn this Gaian economy, it's crapping up just like IRL American gonk
