Glee. ^.^ I've done this RP a few times before, and it's never gotten to its end, but it's always fun to try it with a new group. ^_^
I usually create a home page for all the details and stuff, so I'll probably get on that later. I'll put the URL up as soon as I get it done.
Also, I usually have a banned list, but since I trust you guys, I don't think I'll need it (like I ever have needed it...), so it's not there. Yay! .:.Table of Contents.:.

.:.This Old RP.:. You are one of six people who have been RPing in a chat-room every afternoon for the passed six and a half months. Six and a half months and still going strong -- it's that good. It's an RP that is set in medieval times in a made up dimension, though by the looks of things, the place is similar to a medieval European, but the characters don clothing and bear blood and features of different races and ethnicities.
In the RP, your characters secretly battle the forces of dark sorcerer who is trying to take over the small continent of Siva (where this RP takes place) for the mere pleasure of killing. Unfortunately, the six don't know where he is, but a number of lackeys have been sent into town to wreak havoc -- these are what the characters are fighting. (Why do they "secretly" battle these guys? When there is chaos, people tend to run away.)
But something goes wrong. There is actually a place like this where these events are actually happening and the deities of this separate dimension of Omiko have searched for people to act as saviors to this world. They've found the ideas put into the RP. They summon the six to become their characters and save Siva and eventually Omiko from falling into the shadow.
In the previous day, the characters had gone back to Texel Bar (owned by Key van Texel) where they live in the second and third floors to take on the night and rest up, refresh, all that. You enter into the chat-room to continue the RP, but you see a bright flash and you close your eyes/shield them to keep the light from blinding you.
Once you open your eyes, you look around and see a room you've only imagined from the descriptions given by the game starter. You recognize it as the living quarters (third floor) of Texel Bar and the people around you are people you've mentally imaged from written descriptions from their respective RPers.
This is where we start. In the beginning, you sign in, enter the room, pass out, and wake up as your character. Isn't this fun?
Note: The RPers have met online (much like most Gaians and their Gaian friends), but if you want two RPers to know each other from school or work or something, PM them about it.
We will also need the Dark Lord and perhaps some lackeys. They can also be RPers pulled into the world. It's up to you. blaugh

Character Name: Key van Texel
Character Age: 34
Character Appearance: Since Key died at the age of nineteen, that is how old she appears. She stands at 5'3.75" with a model build hidden under dark violet and black attire. She wears a purple tunic to lightly contrast with the darkness of the short scarf wrapped loosely around her neck (as well as the lower half of her face), loose black pants tucked into black, black gauntlets (the reach up to her elbows), and the wide piece of black cloth that is tied around her waist over her tunic. Brown eyes watch from a lightly tanned face, but peer from under long, unruly brown bangs (from which two stray strands stick up) to match the single ponytail (tied back with a long, black ribbon) that extends down to the small of her back. From her back stick out large, black, feathered wings.
Character Weapon(s): A two meter long black staff with a simple (yet gravity defying) decor at its head.
Character Abilities: She can fly, sense auras, shield/mask her own, and interact with wandering spirits as if they were still alive. She has weak telekinetic and telepathic abilities.
Character History: She was born as the inferior half of a pair of twins (her older, identical sister being Kit), even though her sister had heart problems and such. Throughout her life, she was always compared to her sister who had always been smarter, kinder, lighter than her, etc. When the two were nineteen, Key saved Kit from falling into a flooded river when the muddy bank decided to give out under the girl's feet. Of course, having always been indecisive, her alignment still had yet to be determined, but with the benefit of the doubt, she was allowed in Heaven. Fifteen years later, Kit died and Key ended up brutally murdering two Guardian Angels. Faced with the Celestial Council, she was sentenced to a second life (as a Fallen Angel) on Omiko to either redeem herself or concrete her "dark side" for good. Of course, being the self-reliant person that she is, she usually refuses to accept assistance and distances herself from others. This may factor into the fact that the deaths at her hand have been misunderstood, resulting in the large bounty on her head that remains tempting to even herself.

Character Appearance: [ 0NLY A R3FL3CTii0N ] [ L00K iiNT0 TH3 SH4D0WS ] Character Weapon(s): Kotoko manipulates an array of whip-like ribbons which bend to her will and seem to be 'living' only in the sense that they defy all laws of gravity. Character Abilities: She's just a normal girl... right? Or maybe a rather extraordinary one. But one who certainly likes to keep secrets, and seems to be more than she is. Character History: Kotoko is a completely normal citizen of Omiko, if not a little clumsy. Or is that really the case? Overly optimistic, happy, childish and a little bit of a ditz, Kotoko claims to be the warrior of light sent to guide our six heroes along their path to salvation. Always eager to help and knowing more than she seems, even though the girl seems to be a very open girl, it can come as a surprise just how little anybody knows about her. Hardly seeming but full of mystery, every time someone tries to dig to far in, they're always some how pushed back without realizing it. Nobody really knows anything about her, other than her completely believable claims - because she seems to be hardly the type to lie - and for some reason it's just accepted. Though the truth behind the matter is, she happens to be the right hand of the Dark Lord, sent to throw the six saviors into chaos. But there's still more to it than that isn't there? Things that only the Dark Lord himself would know. Character Gender: Female

Emily had just lied to her parents yet again, but it wasn't like they could tell at the moment. After all, they were in the dining room eating lunch while Emily and her twin brother Adam were in the older twin's bedroom. Adam, doing his summer homework and occupying his bed, looked up from his papers and smirked, "Liar. I bet you're online and RPing again, aren't you?" "I most certainly am not!" Sitting at the computer desk, Emily looked over, appearing as if she were deeply insulted by his assumption, "I am currently in the process of identifying myself to a shared system so that I may help to extend and exercise my creativity and perhaps that of others." "So, in other words," Adam said, "You're signing on so that you can RP." "You, sir, are correct."
"Why don't you ever do your homework? You haven't even opened your summer packet, yet!" "Dude, if I open the packet now and work on it, then I shall forget all of the material by the time summer ends," the girl explained, "Besides, I can barely stand work during the school year. You think I am going to smother myself with it during my break? I think not!" "You know, if you keep getting bad grades, you won't get a good job," Adam joked with a serious face, "I bet you'd be worth more if you died. Then we'd get insurance money."
Emily typed username Gemini Polluxand password moonlightsonata, ignoring his comment. The window fully loaded and displayed itself on the screen before she moved the cursor over to click on a red link Saviors of Siva. The screen emitted a bright silver light and engulfed the girl, "What the--?!" When Adam looked up, the light was gone and Emily leaned forward before falling out of her chair. "Holy s**t! Emily!"
