he'll be gone for 15 months and I couldn't be more depressed. I have alot of responsibility thrust upon me and I'm not quite sure how I can handle it. But one thing's for sure. I will be waiting patiently for his safe return.

my husband left for kuwait exactly a month ago tomorrow... at first i was really incredibly depressed and thought i wouldn't be able to do it, especially with a new baby... but somehow, i've already gotten used to it and it isn't that bad anymore... even though i do still miss him, but the sight of his combat boots on the floor and dirty undies in the hamper don't make me cry anymore, lol.

Just try to keep busy, most of us wives have a lot on their plates as it is during a deployment. If you ever need someone to talk to, my pm's are always open. =)
