Relner sat quietly in a lonesome corner of the play room. Slowly flexing and unflexing the rickety but magnificent wing he was born with. His calm blue eyes looked about the room carefully absorbing most of the information. He put a finger to his lip, pushing it up and down in a thoughtful stance. He wiggled the toes on his left foot a bit, gradually moving into a crawling position, and then a wobbly standing one he decided to get a little exercise by making his way to the opposite side of the room. His dark hair almost obscuring his vision.

Meanwhile, Yhuya sat sulkily in the opposite corner of the room, absent-mindedly playing with a stuffed kitten plush he found on the floor. Quiet and reserved, Yhuya was calmer than most babies, preferring to be alone. However, upon hearing Xavier speak, his innate curiosity got the better of him, and turned around to the scene behind him.

((agh, that was bad. Can't think of anything better, sorry. ><))

Xavier was tempted not to role his eyes as at the boy as he fluttered his wings in aggravation since he was getting no response. "Answer me boy" He demanded leaving no room for arguement, He just wanted to get his information and go back to his place by the window. As he waited, he cast a quick look across the room to spot a young boy watching them.

Xavier snatched his attention back to the young boy and glared " I don't have to explain myself to the likes of you, now give me the information I need and I'll be on my way" He said, his voice sharp for that of a young child. He eyed the pitieous young boy,waiting for a reply, he really just wanted to get this over with, was it that hard to answer a simple question, he refrained himself from huffing as he cast a wary glance to the other young boy across the room.
could this count as a playdate of sorts since we're rp-ing with another person?

Xavier finally huffed and stalekd back to his by the window, he was going to get his information sooner or later from the annoying child so he picked later, he sat on the ledge and peered outside into the gardens, the sunlight cast a dwon on him making him glow. He would occasionally glaced back to the 2 boys in the respective corners.

Relner shifted back into his normal state now, face calm and for the most part expressionless. Deciding not to move any more, he sat in the same spot he had stood from. He was really quite thrilled on the inside that the other boy had decided to leave him alone, really quite unpleasant. It was not as though he had done anything to the opposer. He had merely stood up.
Still amused by the matter, he turned to take a glance at the winged boy who had seemed to attract another girl. He seemed to be pouting over the small trifle that Relner had caused. He swayed his upper body a little, thinking thinking. He touched his bare wing, thinking.

Cyri giggled when the boy questioned her. She seemed not to notice her problem with speaking, and thought he just didn't hear her. "Whus wrong!" She said as clearly as she could, and her cheeks grew pink with delight. She focused her attention back onto his wings, overjoyed with how soft they were.
"Where'd ya geh yoah feavers?" she asked, not breaking her gaze and forgetting she'd asked him a question not a second earlier. She turned her head and searched for a pair of wings that may have been coming out of her back that she hadn't noticed, but saw nothing. Cyri looked around the room at the other children. Seeing Relner and Yhuya, she searched their backs for a sign of wings as well. Finding some on Relner, she giggled with excitement, but it soon faded when seeing Yhuya's lack of wings. She didn't understand why some had wings and some didn't, and for that matter, why some had feathers and some didn't. She looked back at Xavier, expecting an answer to all of her questions.

'Hmm..' Relner thought as he watched the two interact. Quite evidently, the boy was now being rather nice to the girl. Relner swayed a bit more at this new observation, still stroking his hard hollow wing. His eyebrows scrunched together in confusion, why was this so? He let go of his wing, beginning to flex it again. Wiggling his toes once more in meditation, he poked his lip and held his finger there for a few moments. Another thing swimming through his mind was how fascinated the girl was with feathers. Maybe feathers weren't so bad after all? Maybe if he had feathers other little boys and girls would be nice to him too? He swayed his body a bit more, contemplating his lack of plumage and friendly atmosphere.
