Don't send it, it's a scam. Report the PM, if they were investigating your account they do not need your pw in order to do so.

yep thats what i thought but not at first did some reading on their help site and on our forum link from sir hex not to mention i pmed him and gaidin for assistance stressed just scary as heck ya know

not to mention all the spelling errors............most people know the diff between your and you're & when to use it.i've never seen Gaia spell anything wrong

surprised hey check this out..........Last Login: 12/29/2007 6:48 pm thats on my old account now but i was banned 11/29/2007 so someone has been in there confused i don't know if it was gaia finally "investigating" or what,but still no word from them of course. wahmbulance

One of the things that irritate me the most about gaia and the ban-hammer is that gaia retains the inactive account as part of the current membership. That means that anyone who wants to hack the account is free to do so at their leisure. It wouldn't surprise me at all if all the old, expired accounts that haven't been accessed in years were hacked. That would explain why someone who joined 3 months ago can have golden laurels or an angelic halo.
On the other hand, it's quite possible gaia accessed the account to investigate the inventory, trading history and/or gift giving records in order to justify or correct their actions.
'Tis a mystery for sure confused

that is a scam i have gotten that before and reported it
if ur account is with gaia when u signed up u entered what u wanted ur password,username,email,etc. so gaia has all that information so why would they need to ask for ur password and stuff they already have it
the only reason they say that banning stuff is to scare u into giving them the info like u almost did biggrin
