Welcome to the Arena Archives!

This thread is not for RP!

The Coliseum has a mini warp gate deep beneath it that is used by the controlling powers to create different battle scenarios for its participants.
If needed (for training or personal reasons) then anybody is free to access these arenas but due to the difficulty of setting up an ‘enclosed space’ they can only choose an arena from the archives.
Each arena will have its own rules, laws, limitations and surprising extras that will be listed below so it is important to take all factors into account before submitting yourself to the arena’s perils.

Setting up an Arena

This is here so that anybody can add an Arena that can be chosen and played by everybody else; you must follow these guidelines though simply for aesthetics and ease of play.

At the top of each post should be the arena title, be sure to make it ‘+A’ size, ‘Bold’ and if you like pick a colour suitable to the Arena.
Bellow it add an Arena number, this is #, the page number, 0, post number. (For example this post would be #1002)

Next should be a paragraph describing the Arena, it doesn’t have to be endless, just make sure it covers all the basics.

Next a paragraph describing the audience seating; if there isn’t then say that there isn’t and in the arena rules state ‘No audience’

Next come ‘Arena Rules’ (in bold)
Feel free to pick any of the rules out of the rules archive on the rules post, (lol) You can even make your own () but remember this, Arena rules are permanent. If you attach a rule to an Arena then it must be used whenever the Arena is.

And finally ‘Extra’ (also in Bold)
In this section you can post any additional extras, if you want to add monsters, weapons, prizes or anything else to a specific arena then this is the place. Again remember anything placed here will always be here, and that monsters must be added to the monster index too!

If you want you may add some additional notes or greets afterwards, if you have taken your reference from another source then post any credits due.

If you’re feeling lazy then you may PM me with some details and I will add it to the list myself but by doing that you’ll be giving me a degree of artistic license.

The Collosium #1003

The Collosseum is open to a dusty field, flat and expansive, ideal for a no holds barred contests. The Colosseum itself (although bought in brick by brick from Earth of the Sol Universe) has been rigged with endless gadgetry and technology designed to perfect a fully customisable battle experience.

Seating that surrounds the arena can hold many hundreds of punters that can watch the battle safe in the knowledge that they are protected from any debris and collateral damage. It may not be the most comfortable but there are many vendors located around the structure who can provide for their every need.
