Becoming ANBU
You have been given an order to report to the ANBU Headquarters and report directly to the office of Captain Makoto at 6am sharp.
After completing the obsticle course with flying colors you were promoted to the rank of ANBU and joined the Squadron of Yukio and Seichou. Your first mission: To assist the Hidden Shadow to repay them for their 'loan' of the 8-tails.

Becoming Heroes
After travelling to the Hidden Shadow village you joined Ayumi Mikazuki and her Genin squadron on a mission to assist the southern region in the Country of Snow. Once there you found it was being conquered by a new Warlord in a fortress in the central valley.
After mounting an assault that was overpowered by the defenses of this new fortress there were only two survivors: Hisaki and Ayumi.

Becoming Sannin
After the Battle at the Valley of Strife you are taken back to the village to mourne the loss of your comrades. But that is still only the beginning of the journey...

On the dot the door to the Captain's office slides open. A rather impressive man with long black hair pulled back into a ponytail stands there. His facial features are obscured by the lion animal mask that he wears but you can see his almond brown eyes staring you down. "Ah, well I see that one of you has arrived on time. Zenshou, Hisaki. Correct?" He doesn't give you time to respond, "I'm Makoto, Shira. Captain of the 12th ANBU Squadron. I like to be right to the point Zenshou. The HoKage feels that you are talented enough to join the Konoha Black Ops, this was seconded by two of our newest members who spoke very highly of you. I, on the other hand, disagree. At least until you have passed our standardized physical and mental examinations. Which will begin immediately."

Captain Makoto lifts up the clipboard that's in his hand. "But first I need you to fill me in on what you have done over the last..." He flips over a page, "Two years. It seems the documentation over that period was lost."

((Remember after this to run her through an obsticle course that requires rolls, partners have attributes that help/hurt on certain courses))

Captain Makoto writes something down on his clipboard, "Zenshou lacks the proper discipline of greeting a superior officer before giving her report.... Zenshou also has shown no extraordinary talents over the last two years." He finishes writing then points over his shoulder. "Follow me for your first test."

The Captain turns and walks back out of the door, when you follow you notice 4 ANBU are stationed out in the hall. Two are positioned on eithe side of the door and the other pair are adjacent to them on the other side of the hall. As the Captain exits they salute properly, "Taichou! ((or Captain, but I like saying Taichou!))" The Captain gives a curt nod then turns to the right and down the hall, the four ANBU (one of which is a female) turn and fall in line behind him. "Sir! No sign of Adachi Tadamasa. Orders?"

Captain Makoto lets out a "hrmph" and says, "Forget about him, if the boy can't make it to a meeting on time he has no business in this Squadron. Zenshou!" He says sharply as they enter a large classroom. There is a single desk with two pencils and roughly 20 pieces of paper. "There's no time limit for this examination but you will be scored based on the time it takes for you to complete the examination and the accuracy of your test. Begin."

((ANBU Test: Be sure to make a nice descriptive post of the character taking the test. "Bad" test posts may be penalized in their overall score for these Exams.
Intuition + 8-sided Dice = Accuracy of Test Answers, 14 Successes are needed for a perfect paper.
Speed + 8-sided Dice - 15 = Time (in hours) spent on taking the test
If a Critical Roll is made( an 8 ) than consider the test taken perfectly or in under an hour.))

Captain Makoto turned on his heels and walked out of the room as Hisaki started the test, closing the door behind himself. Out in the hallway the female ANBU member said, "Taichou! I...."

The Captain glanced at her and said, "Yes, yes you want to go find Adachi don't you? Go." Letting out a disapproving snort.

The ANBU girl bowed respectfully, "Thank you sir!" then disappeared in a poof of smoke.

The Captain just shook his head, "That kid had better have a good excuse for being late."

As Hisaki opened the door with the tests in hand he took them and said, "Well well, finishede in fairly good time Zenshou. Time for the next part of your examination." Turning on his heels he trotted down the hall and out the side door, the three ANBU followed in-formation.

Outside is a complex looking obsticle course with numerous courses, dummies and likely riddled with all sorts of unpleasant booby traps. "Welcome to the Grindhouse Zenshou. You'll start by swinging down this rope here with your partner and immediately move to objective #1. After passing the first objective you will move to the next objective and so on and so forth until you reach that flag over there." He points off /way/ into the distance and you see what you think is flag...maybe.
"This is to test your abilities and your abilities to work with others who, as individuals, will have strengths and weaknesses different from you. So..."
He looks at the two ANBU to your right, "Which of these two would you prefer for a partner?" As the pair stand up at attention the Captain says. "Gentlemen introduce yourselves. So to speak."

The first ANBU removes his mask and says, "Ishigaki, Yukio" with a grin. The second removes his mask and says, "Shinchirou, Seichou." Also smiling from ear-to-ear. "Sorry to keep you in the dark Hisaki-chan but the Captain wanted this to be a surprise."

Obsticle Course Partner Choices:
Yukio: Strength - Speed, Ninjutsu. Weakness - Stealth, Genjutsu
Seichou: Strength - Intuition, Genjutsu. Weakness - Power, Speed

(( *Makes a mad face* Fiiiiiiine, you're gonna be short a Squadron member then crying ))

((And fixed!))

Yukio scratched the back of his hair, "It's alright Hisaki-chan, I kind of expected you to pick Seichou, you've worked with him the most."

Seichou on the other hand looks a bit mortified, "Seichou...senpai.... WHY IS SHE BEING SO FORMAL WITH ME!!!" he cries out as tears stream down his face.

This is interuppted by the Captain casually bopping him on the head with a fist. "Anyways, start the course when you two are ready."

Seichou (with an anime bump on the top of his head) nods his head, "Ready Taichou!" Before becoming serious.
