I simply adore Fay! He's easy-going and kind, despite all he's been through in the past. I especailly love it how he teases Kurogane... it's just TOO cute! Gosh, he's just too amazing to describe in words! *fangirl squeal*

Fai's character is very well developed! Though...his eye patch is ticking me off. Everytime I draw him he looks like a pirate (fail)
Though it made me sad when Ashura-ou showed Fai's past to EVERYONE!!!! >.< though I guess it makes Kurogane sad because his little 'buddy' is sad too. ♥ poor Fai...but hes still cool no matter what!
He's so sweet to the children too, he's just like a mommy!

xD! I actually like his eye patch (that way I don't have to bother colouring/drawing another eye *LAZY*) His hair is SO hard to draw though. It's so FLOWY and SWOOSHY (and pretty) D: But yah- love Fai, he's just adorable x3 heart

You guys are funny. So far I have only attempted to draw females. They seem easier but I will attempt to draw males; just later.
Anyway, at first I didn't understand Fay. I didn't like it that he always hides his feelings behind a smile. I was glad that Kurogane would always catch the little differences about his traveling companions that I never gave a second thought to(i.e. Syaoran blind in his eye, forgot which one, and the part where Fay talks about death).
But then after reading about Fay's past, I understand that he had a cruel upbringing(all the blame put on him and his brother just because they are twins and they are precived as a bad omen) and doesn't want to involve others with his problems.
Say if anybody else comes on here, answer this. Is Fay a prince? neutral

o___o... I guess if you're the son of a prince and then the prince dies, you're the new prince? But then if everyone dies, including the king, wouldn't the prince's son be the new king? Uhh... but maybe he was a prince and a king at different times?

So he was a prince! OKAY. Cause I read the last chapters all together in one night; took me four hours.
Poor Fay. He had to watch his brother die. When I read his past, I so wanted to give him a hug. But I'm glad that King Ashura came to get him. But then he went all loco and you know what happens after that.
So the reason why Fay wanted to never go back to Celes was because he would have to kill King Ashura all because of a promise.
Fay was mainpulated from the start!! DAMN YOU FWR!!!

Dammit! Why can't Fay just say how he feels? He's always hiding something. I just get a more in-depth look of the character after I read the fan-made translations. Way better then Del Rey; although I do like Del Rey for translating it. 3nodding
But that part in chappy 130 when Fay is talking to Yuuko, she looked mad when she heard Fay's response to calling that guy by his real name. I think she knows something is suppose to happen between these two. I wonder if she knows about his past as well? Probably since she knew all five of them would par-take on this harsh journey.
DAMN YOU FAY!! Such a complex character that I just wanna hurt him and hug him at the same time.

But like, he never sounds like him.
Fai is always talking all cutesy like, and sounds nothing like Choutarou.
BUT HOLY SHIET.
When he gets serious? It's the most AMAZING thing ever.
My extreme love for Choutarou pours out into the cavern of my extreme love for Fai and that's when he sounds like Choutarou. My heart skips a beat and I die on the inside.
It's just, OMG! It kills me. Srsly guys, it KILLS me.

Fay has got to stay with Kurogane.
Someone made a point in that they are like a family and that the 'parents' will eventually let their 'children' go.
Although, I think out of all of them, Fay would be the one that would want all of them to stay together; due to his past and the knowledge that he knew he would meet these people, he wouldn't want to lose his loved ones after all the BS he went through as child.
I mean, it would be perfect if they all could just stay together, but CLAMP wouldn't let that happen. Would they? confused

Fay.....looks good with long hair. And I read somewhere that if you cut your hair it's like a change in you life. Or was that about earrings? Or both?
Eh...
Anyway, maybe because Fay has long hair represents that he has something he will not let go of. Could be a lot of things, though. Maybe he will cut it but like after everything is said and done. 3nodding
Besides I think it's suits him since he's a vampire and all.
