Outside in the training areas, the rain had eased. It was merely sprinkling, just enough to be annoying. Vaera was still grinning. "Alright, we've had a couple staff changes. Headmaster's still seething, and I'm now group two." she said. "I'd like you all to start with two laps around the training area and then do one hundred sit ups. After that we'll start some actual training."
Theron sighed, beginning his laps. He already felt like Vaera would be a hard teacher for training.

Forza ran into the training ground carrying his five tonne giant boomerang as if it was a sack of metal. "CAT BOY! CAT BOY! FIRST A HARPY AND NOW A CAT BOY! WAAAAAAAH!!!" As he made circles around Horatus but when he stopped finally he looked up at Horatus' face and stopped in his tracks. "Mommy."

Varnis had started his laps as soon as he got there, as he put Raiden under a dry spot, to keep him dry. He started his laps as soon as possible. Sighing he hopped that the rain would stop soon. All he could hear was his feet hitting the puddles, and the watter dripping onto his clothes as he ran.

Prah was glad to finally be away from that cat person thing. She saw that it was Raining out side, and was hesitant to go to the area. "I'm not going out there in that rain! I would rather be back inside with that cat, at least they don't make me smell." She coldly said as she stood there in the door way and watched the people run around the track.

"You!" Vaera yelled, noticing Prah not doing anything. "This is a school for training! We're not here to coddle you! You get your a** out here and run or you leave!" she shouted. Her face was suddenly very frightening, and she looked ready to throw her chakram at any moment.

Prah was stunned by the sudden yelling of Vaera. "Y-yes ma'am." She stuttered some as she had started to walk out in the rain. Slowly leaving the door way she started to shiver some as the rain drizzled on her feathers. She already started to feel the weight of the rain taking effect, making it harder for her to walk, let alone even run. She got to the track, and she started to walk on the track, shivering some from the water that was being soaked up by her feathers. Starting to speed up, just a little bit, she started to trip on the track. "Damn rain, why does it have to be raining. I hate it..." She mumbled to her self as she tried to run, but kept slipping.

Varnis was already half way through his second lap. Wow. All the teachers here can be scary. He thought to him self as he was finishing up his lap.

Vaera sighed, watching the bird-girl have a hard time running. "If you adapt you won't have these issues!" she yelled, then turned her head to watch the other students.

Varnis had finished his laps, and went over to an area that was mostly dry. Feeling his hair holding him down, from being wet now, he tried to tie it up in a knot, but failed horribly at it, and only made it a mess. Sighing some, he started to do his sit ups.

Prah had tripped over her legs when she was one fourth of the way done with the first lap. Slowly standing back up, she started to walk again. Her eyes had tears in them, this time from the pain she was in. Her wing was starting to kill her, but she ignored it as she thought that seeking help form others was just a weakness. She continued as much as she could. Try her best to not fall again.

With the cold look that Horatus was giving him Forza picked up his heavy weapon and ran like he just saw a ghost or some equally frightening being. He just kept running while his mouth kept on screaming. "WAAAH SCARY GUY! WITH SHARP TEETH! SCARY GUY!"

As everyone began to finish the task at hand, Vaera chose a corner of the training grounds. She walked over to it, studying the intersection of the walls out of boredom. Turning back to the students, she said, "Everyone over here when you're finished!"

Varnis had been doing the sit ups as he heard Vaere call the over to her when they where done. Continuing to do them, he only had ten left to do. But it was starting to get harder for him as the rain was hitting his face harder than what it was before. His hair was now soaked, making his neck hurt, from the weight of his hair now.

Prah had was just finishing her first lap, slowly as she slipped on some of the mud, and falling onto the ground, her feathers where now all muddy, but standing back up, she tried again, and was slipping now, trying to continue.

Varnis had finished the last sit ups he had to do, and stood up, and looked at how far everyone else was. He spun his head around, stretching his neck. He walked over to where Vaera was, and stood there in the rain, as a chill went up his spine from the rain.

Forza finally calmed down and started on his sit ups. Although he was slow he kept a good pace. At sixty he started to feel the burn of his muscles but he kept going. When he finished he collapsed on the ground. "I'm tired." He then stood up and walked towards the scary teacher with the loud voice. "I'm done." He kept his head down so he wouldn't have to look at Vaera. Keeping eye contact scared him as well.

"Everyone else will catch up when they catch up, I suppose." Vaera said. Standing around her now were Forza and Varnis, and Theron was walking up. "Now what to do with you..." she thought outloud. "Since you're a new group to me... why don't you each go ahead and tell me what you can do? We'll start with crude boy." she grinned toward Theron.
"Cutlass. That's all I know." he said.
"Hmm... alright then... how about you, meek boy?" she asked Forza.

Still feeling intimidated Forza spoke rather meekly, "Um... boomerang... that's it." He tapped his fingers as the boomerang rested on his side.

Theron couldn't help releasing a chuckle.

Varnis had grumbled some as he was called a brown nose, but didn't disobey her. "I know the basics of a katana." He said tapping the wooden katana. "... and a dagger." He revealed a silver plated dagger that was in a hidden pocket of his armor, then placed it back, as he just wanted to continue the training course.

Prah had just finished her second lap, and didn't feel like doing the sit ups as she was already exhausted. She laid down on the ground on her back, being careful of her left wing as it still hurt her. Bending her knees up, she started to do the sit ups, weakly though.
