Would anyone have a general idea or links to the official translated touhou manga? I'm really curious about Flandre's background. Any help would be appreciated and I can award you with the full soundtrack for IaMP if you so desire.

Do you know of Pooshlmer, the place that's got the Touhou wiki and image board? Helpful place. I found a lot of old comics there, which are translated, but if that's not of assistance, try browsing the whole site. It has loads of information otherwise.

I don't know if the official manga, but if you look on the image board, you can find the official anime there. Good luck.
