dragons from wikipedia As with every mythological creature, dragons are perceived in different ways by different cultures. Dragons are sometimes said to breathe and spit fire or even acid or ice (depending on the type). They are commonly portrayed as serpentine or reptilian, hatching from eggs and possessing extremely large, typically feathered or scaly bodies; they are sometimes portrayed as having large yellow or red eyes, a feature that is the origin for the word for dragon in many cultures, and are often (but not always) portrayed with a row of dorsal spines, keeled scales, long crested ears, slitted eye pupils, leathery bat-like wings and fiery breath. Some dragons do not have wings at all, but look more like long snakes, such as Asian versions of the dragon, sometimes called the Lung. Dragons can have a variable number of legs: none, two, four, or more when it comes to early European literature. Modern depictions of dragons are very large in size,up to 50 miles in length, but some early European depictions of dragons were only the size of bears, or, in some cases, even smaller, around the size of a butterfly or even a flea.

It really depends. There are too many fictional stories and movies about dragons to have one single explanation for them all. I did buy one of those Dragonology books (yeah I know they're for kids, but it was interesting.) Very informative. =)

dragons dragons are (in many views) mythological creatures and considered evil, i believe that this is untrue, for the only real reason that humans call dragons evil is because dragons attack humans, but that is only after the humans move in too much on there territory, eventually, the dragons have nowhere to run and go on the offensive to defend there territory, and so humans attempt to slay dragons. basic facts A dragon hordes jewels because it needs something to keep its underside protected, dragons can breathe fire by using a flamabble acid, that can melt through almost anything, and hits it on a sparkpouch in their jaw. in that way, they breathe fire, there bones are hollowed exept for helium, making them nearly weightless (estimately 10lbs as a baby, 40lbs as a juvenile, 70lbs as an adult, and 100lbs as a worm, max age. and the wings are large and powerfull enough to push air to lift themselves at twice their weight, allowing them to move twice as fast as on the ground. dragons eat foods to increase the venom in their bodies (a specific blatter next to the normal one) and always have a special reserve that they cannot use to breathe fire, they also store helium by breathing, they take in their air, and breathe out like normal, but they also use the hydrogine in the air to transform it into helium, also storing all helium in the air to help. we have never found any REAL bodies because the acid they store releases from the blatter when there isnt a sufficient bloodflow, and begins to devour the dead bodie of the dragon as a failsafe to avoid the discovery of the body, if the normal acid blatter is ful, this is where the second composite come in.

Well, I know a whole lot about dragons....To start I'll say that dragons love riddles and are very good at them. They are found in mythology all over the world and there are many different types of them. Only some can fly; some have wings that are too small to lift them in the air, or don't have wings at all. They hoard treasure to lay on it and imbed the jewels into their soft underbelly for protection. I'll have more later! 3nodding
