Port Royal Port Royal is a port with surrounding waters, based on Disney's live action film, Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, and is featured in Kingdom Hearts II. The inclusion of this world was aided by technology that generated the character models from live-action pictures. A local legend tells of a fearsome pirate ship called the Black Pearl with a crew of undead pirates led by Captain Barbossa. Another legend is of a grand Aztec treasure hoard of eight-hundred and eighty-two pieces which curses those who disturb it with eternal un-life. Port Royal, named after the eponymous town in real life, is a well-defended port city in the Caribbean. The mystical island where the Aztec treasure is kept, Isla de Muerta, cannot be found except by those who already know its location.

The inside of the tavern was warm, smokey, and slightly dirty. Many different conversations caused a low din, broken only by a high-pitched giggle or loud guffaw. The cutthroat and swarthy bunch inhabiting the tavern hardly took note of the patrons coming and going.
Heads did turn, though, when a large, powerful looking swashbuckler pushed open the swinging doors and entered the smokey atmosphere. His footsteps fell surprisingly light for someone of his stature, but it was evident by the way he carried himself that he possessed a great power. As the large man made his way past the staring tavern patrons, most of them went back to their business.
"Bottle of rum, please." The swashbuckler said to the bartender."Yes sir, Captain Irash." The pudgy bartender said, turning to the shelves behind the bar. The blond pirate smiled. Captain Irash. Syric liked the sound of that.

A man entered the tavern just after Syric; his face hidden by a hood the man wore heavy robes and light leather armour. He made his way through the tavern making not sound, suspicious eyes peered at the stranger but quickly shifted their attention back to what they were previously doing. He stood beside the large man that had entered just prior to his entry. He placed his hands on the wooden table and took a seat. “Captain Syric Irash, oh wait or should I call you Silent Ice of the Lifeless which do you prefer?” The man asked his voice silent a small smirk across his hidden lips.

A creaking is heard as a man dressed in a red coat walks along the docks, his coat blowing in the wind, his hands buried in his pockets as he walks towards a tavern with a smile hidden behind his collar "crap, I got lost, where was Traverse Town again? this certainly doesn't look like it" he mumbles to himself before pushing open the swinging doors of the tavern and sitting down at a nearby table, watching the large man and the man in armor talk

The bartender gawked slightly at the hooded man before setting the bottle of rum, and a glass, on the bar infront of Syric.
Syric nodded to the barteder before taking the bottle and sitting at the table across from the stranger. He uncorked the bottle and poured himself a glass as he spoke. "Haven't heard that name in a long while." The large man rumbled, his bass voice as calm as if he were sitting with an old friend. "How about this weather?" He took a sip from his glass, not taking his eyes from the mysterious hooded man.

The hooded man gave a small chuckle; he called the bartender over and ordered a drink. The bartender quickly poured the man his beverage, and placed it in front. “It’s a bit hot for my liking.” The man spoke grasping the glass and taking a sip of the drink. Many minutes passed as the two men sat silently, ignoring the sound of the rowdy bar. Finally the hooded man spoke up “Would you listen to the worlds of a stranger?” He set his glass down and glanced over at Syric.

Vice finally gets a though in his head and looks at the large man "he reminds me of the large man who helped Sofia" he says to himself, standing and walking to the bar, then calling over the bartender "a pint of rum, please" he says, the bartender giving him a pint of rum as he watches the two from the corner of his eyes, then takes a sip from his rum and chuckles "he reminds me a lot of Syric" vice says in a low voice as he sets down his rum and hiccups

Syric matched the man's hidden gaze until he stood, at which time Syric glanced down into his glass. "If I can drink while I listen," Syric said, standing, "Then why not?" The large man downed what remained in his glass before grabbing his bottle and motioning for the mysterious man to lead.

Vice finishes his pint and turns around, walking towards the exit, raising his right hand in thanks before walking out and standing in front of the door "man........how am I going to do this?" he says, pacing in front of the door "Ryo is off in the darkness, I know Dorinda and Rix are probably still at Jasper, but the others, I don't have so much as a clu............." he stops dead sentence, and dead pace, a smirk on his face "of course. He's here, as well" he says, leaning against the wall of the tavern, waiting for the mystery man and the large man to walk out of the tavern

The cloaked man finished his drink off and stood up. He reached into his pocket and through some money on the table. “Let us hope you don’t run out then.” He smirked, making his way out of the tavern. Night had now settled on the port town, everything was quiet except for the bustling Tavern. The man then reached back and pushed back his hood, his face held features of a young teen. “I go by the name Whitefire.” He spoke bowing low; his wrapped pony tail falling over his shoulder. “And you are Syric Irash, former assassin and more recent former Chaser.” A cool wind blew, blowing Whitefires bangs to one side. “I come baring a message.”

"I knew it was you, Syric" Vice says, standing from his leaned back position and chuckling "oh, and hello to you, too, young man" he says, taking off his orange sunglasses to reveal his light blue eyes "if it be a message for Chasers, then let me hear it" he says, chuckling as he sniffs the air "this feeling........the oxygen your body is composed of, it feels........familiar" he says, taking another whiff and sighing "just my imagination" he says, yawning and looking over at Syric "you look different than when you were covered in armor plating, Syric, what happened? decided to indulge in the pirate's life?" he says, smiling and looking over at Whitefire "Vice Kisurgi, master of wind, and once a noble Chaser, at your service"

Syric glanced casually at Vice, recognition barely registering on his face. "Ah, I remember you.." He paused, taking a swig from his bottle, "Vaguely.." The large man oriented on Wildfire then, still walking next to him. There was something familiar about this young man, but Syric couldn't place it. So, he ignored it. "Must be important for you to look me up." Syric observed, showing little interest, "I don't think anyone knows I'm here." The bottle went to his lips again, and the pirate captain took a long drink.

Whitefire looked the newcomer over, “Vice Kisurgi, you may listen to my message as well.” He glanced down the streets making sure no one could over here him. Whitefire turned his attention back to the two, “The worlds are once again connected, a new darkness loams over the universe it is diminutive now but will fester into something beyond the past influence of the Order of the Twilight. You must prepare yourself; you are to meet two Chasers of legend in Traverse Town. Then you all must seek out the remaining Chasers and bring them to Traverse Town. Once all are gathered more information shall be revealed to you. But beware Syric and Vice for the shadows have returned and are stronger than before.” He ended and smirked; he put his hood up. “A message from a friend.” Was the last thing he said, He grabbed the communicator on his belt and pressed the side button. A small gummi ship began to descend from the sky towards the three; it seated only one and was built for speed and manoeuvrability and it was silent it made hardly any sound. It had had only two weapons two small gun torrents underneath the belly of the ship. Whitefire leaped into the ship, the hatch closed and his ship blasted off into the stars.

"Traverse Town, eh?" Vice says, watching as the ship blasts off "Syric......if you need a ride to Traverse Town, I think Archangel might have enough room for you" he says, smiling as he looks towards the docks "she's hidden underwater near the end of the dock" he says, walking towards the dock and stopping, turning to face Syric "......but......then again, this whole darkness coming back thing seems too weird" he says, his hands on the back of his head as he chuckles "but, then again, all the more Heartless for me to destroy"

Syric merely raised his bottle as the ship took off, a half-hearted salute from a half-hearted Chaser. "You know..." Syric mumbled before taking another drink, "I think I'll pass." After that off the cuff comment, Syric simply walked off down the dock.
