I shall post here since Im havin an.. issue. XD
So I was hired as seasonal at Target, yeah?
They said it was more than likely for many of the people hired to get hired as regular, instead of just seasonal (they keep you after the holidays).
I wanted to stay on, so I worked hard. But that didnt matter.
Everyone enjoys me. Didnt matter.
Im nice to my coworkers and the "guests". Didnt matter.
I did more than was expected of me. Didnt matter.
All because I missed some days because I either was sick, or because I didnt get any sleep. ANY SLEEP.
This job had me waking up at 1,2,3 AM.
Nao being a night person, this shouldnt have been hard for me, but it meant I had to be in bed AND SLEEPING at 6, but I usually went at 8.
(I know, it didnt get me a full 8 hours, but I felt I was missing out on stuff.. like Chris..) ;-;
The whole problem was, I couldnt sleep.
People thought that I was just staying up, feh.
I WAS LYING IN MY BED THE WHOLE TIME NOT SLEEPING.
Therefore, I had to go see a doctor.
They gave me sleepin pills, which lost their effectiveness after about a week and a half..
Whatever.
But they dont care.
They all seem nice until you miss some days.
They knew I had other problems too. They could have kept me, I needed a job.
But no, theyd rather keep the people who show up everyday, but do HALF the work I do.
The jokes on them.
Im gonna apply for walmart, which is confirmed to pay MORE than Target.
Screw them all, I shall help out their competitor. 4laugh
So yeah, this gives me time at least to go visit Chris, probably take a class at college, and get a better job. (if not walmart, Im gonna apply at this one
place where you take care of people with cerebral palsy.)
Thats what I want to be doing, making a difference, helping someone.
Not filling someones pockets with the already millions of dollars they have.
AHEM RETAILERS.

My plan if I do get hired at the walmart is to monitor the fish.
I WILL TAKE CARE OF THE FISH.
This isnt sarcasm, if you ever went to a walmart, the condition they keep their fish in is just ridiculous. Dead fish, sick fish, EVERYWHERE.
So if I cant be helping people, I shall help my baby fishies. =p

You weren't missing out on much.
To tell you the truth you'd have been better off sleeping instead of talking to me, but meh.
Wal-Mart is supposedly a good place to work for I think. Lots of people in Carlin get a job there, I wanted to, until I went to Ohio.
A class at college would be good.
You worked hard there, I could tell. I've seen you work.
I still want a open up a lesbian/gay bar one day. That would be the coolest ever.
Like The Planet. Cafe by day, Lesbian/Gay bar/club by night. That would be totally awesome. Good thing I'm taking business classes, I want to find someone who can teach me how to open my own business and stuff.
It's gonna take a lot of money, but it IS possible. I consider it a dream of mine.
I don't know where the idea came from (probably from watching the l word), but it seems like a damn good one to me.
It would be in the future though. So, here's hopin' that one day it can happen. You can be the co-owner, heh.

Personally I make quite a bit doing photography, and I love doing it. only down side is that it is COMPETITIVE. meaning if your not cramming your photos down magazines editor's throats, your gonna lose out to the next guy. Also because of that it can be really stressful. Hmmm......is that more cons than pros?

any sort of public service job is without a doubt the suckiest job ever! I was a maid for awhile and there is not enough money in the world to make me do that again! People do some really sick things in hotel rooms let me tell you! Ever seen the movie Blue Crush? Yeah it's kinda like that. I also worked in just about every fastfood place known to man. It is the suck. Ne ways.
That's pretty much why I'm a trucker now. No people to deal with every day. I can go weeks without any real human interaction. Talking to my fleet manager and dock people doesn't count. They are not human they are practically robots and they don't say much anyways.

That's strange. I worked in a hotel as a housekeeper and I loved it, for the most part. Must have been the fact that I rarely dealt with people and the people I worked with were awesome.
