The Vegie Delite is truly awesome, and very easy to veganize by just leaving out the cheese.
Some of my favourite vegan foods:
-Toasties with vegan cheese, fresh chopped tomatoes and olives with chilli and tomato sauce and oregano and pepper
-Thai stir fry with boiled rice and enough chilli sauce to physically hurt
-Vegetable balti or vegetable madras with bombay aloo and naan bread
-Stuffed vine leaves with fresh salad and grilled veg and beans in sauce
That's just some off the top of my head. I could be here a long while if I rolled off a complete list of favourites.

Falafel.
This awesome tofu and mushrooms with black pepper sauce I get at the local Chinese take-out.
A well-crafted pot of slow-cooked beans. Holy s**t, I'd marry beans if I could.
Lots of different junk food. I know better, but damn if I don't love Tofutti Cuties and Oreos. smile

momomuki I have another favorite to add now - Tofutti fudge pops. OMG I wish I could get the Tofutti products where I live. I found some recipes for vegan ice-cream so I'll just make it at home.

Red curry! Red curry! I make it with the recipe on the red curry paste, the only problem is that when I make some I can't stop eating it.

I love the subway vege delites- and that kind of thing is really easy to make at home too! Vegetarian curry (Indian kind of thing I think) Tofu with oyster sauce and veges Stuffed Capsicum Fettucini with mushroom creamy sauce stuff Fettucini with eggy ... er... stuff. (mum makes that one) (free range organic eggs for me) Pasta sauces! with lots of different pasta! that way it never gets boring. Lentil Bake Lentil soup 5 bean mix with vege sausages in a mexican kind of sauce baked with pasta and cheese Couscous with... well- it goes with almost everything.
... the list goes on. There are just so many great recipes. I don't think I have a single favourite, they're all so nice.

My fav. vegetarian food is Saag Paneer (spinach and paneer, which is cheese if you didn't know). Also, though I'm not vegan, I especially love vegan muffins. I love muffins!
