Since this guild is fairly new i should name some basics such as:
Bump races(set a bump # goal, and whomever reaches it may recieve a prize. ((limiting winner of course)))
Thread finishers (the last to post in a specially made thread)
Post pickouts (such as naming a post number(s) and presenting a prize to whomever reaches it first)
Dice games (lets face it, people like to gamble)
Quizzes (with topical discussion such as anime, games, sporst etc etc)
and if funds and supply allows it, Avi contests (can get pretty pricey at times)
other ideas usually pop into my head so if they do, i will update this post.

Well, we could hold a giant lottery. Say, maybe 100 gold a ticket and maybe sell 100 tickets. Then the winner can get the 10k. And if that works out, we can make bigger lottos for bigger prizes.

Random Number Generator
Everyone generates a random number between two certain ones, and the first one to get it, gets a small prize. Or, of its a really big gap between numbers, a bigger prize.
