Additionally, guild members must all follow the Gaia ToS.

- Cybering, or other forms of sexual situations, are not allowed on Gaia as this is a PG-13 site. If you promote or encourage people to cyber either in the forums or by PM then you run the risk of loosing your thread and receiving at least a warning. It should also be noted that posting nude images or images that are particularly vulgar or gory are also not allowed.
arrow No Abusive Comments
- This includes abusive comments to other users, flaming, trolling, harassment and stalking. You are allowed to swear on Gaia, but you are not allowed to insult other users, go into their thread without permission and start trouble, or refuse to leave after the creator has asked you to. If you are found doing this you will be punished.
arrow No Spam!
- Spam can be many things, it can be simply an unwanted bump, intrusive comment, causing the page to scroll sideways, excessively long "bumps for gold" or gibberish; these are but a few examples. Either way, none of these are welcome in the forum, if you wish to spam then please do so in the Chatterbox.
arrow No Hate-Based Roleplays!
- Hate roleplays that are negatively directed towards a Gaia user, race, ethnicity or sexual orientation are not allowed on Gaia. These roleplays that are found will be removed and the owner punished.

arrow Please do not Report off-site RPing
- Roleplaying violations that take place off of Gaia Online over messengers, e-mail, etc, are outside of Gaia Online's ToS. Gaia Online is not responsible for what happens over messengers or off-site e-mail. However, soliciting roleplaying that is in violation of the ToS is not permitted on Gaia Online.
Furthermore, all guild members may only advertise certain roleplays in the OOC forum and in their signatures. No one may copy another roleplay and claim it as their own, either, though they may borrow the roleplay if granted permission from the creator.
The PG-13 rule will be explained in detail in the next post.
