hi, i'm lexxi. i'm seventeen, eighteen in march. c: i'm moderately active - i ride and care for horses, which is a lot more work than you'd think. my new years resolution is to get fit, and that's what i'm gonna do!
there's a beginner's running program stickied in this forum that i'll be following starting tuesday [t/th/sa], and on the off days [m/w/f/su], i'll be doing :08min abs and arms videos.
this will get me very fit, i just need the motivation to stick with it! wish me luck you guys!

today is my first day! i had a long day at school but that's not going to stop me. i am worried though that i am getting bronchitis or something so i have a doctor's appointment in 2o minutes. afterward, i'm going to do : o8 min. abs & arms. i really need 5-lb weights since those work so well for me, but for now i'll settle for using big cans of food. after i work out i'll reward myself by calling kory and hanging out. tomorrow i start the running program.
edit; i did the abs today, but i haven't weights to do the arms yet. soon! the ab workout is a killer, i tell ya.
overall: i ate too much today. but i drank a lot of water and i feel okay.

today has been a long day! i binged which is really, really bad but i've been doing better-ish. and at least it was around 3, instead of nighttime. then i went for a run. it was killer but i feel so good! now i'll run out to the barn and do some feed bags, then do the four stalls. talk about a workout day! if i eat anything else today, it'll be a sweet potato with a little tiny bit of syrup.
overall: i feel great, other than the overeating earlier. i really need to work on that.

so i did really bad eating-wise today. i binged all over the place. e_e i woke up lighter, 1o7.2 but i think that'll change come tomorrow, and not for the better. today i walked my 1o,ooo steps, and went for an hour-long ride which was a decent workout. i also cleaned two stalls and did a few miscellaneous chores. then i just completed : o8 minute abs as my day requires. i really feel a difference.
overall: same as yesterday. i've got to fix the eating habits. weight: 1o7.2 goals for tomorrow: finish wk1day2 of the running program & don't binge!

i don't know.. 2oo8, you've gotta do me better than this, babe. maybe i'm just scared to start a new year without my dad. i don't know. blah. i'm bringing my gym clothes home to wash tomorrow, so i'll have my good shoes. and i did wk1d2 of the running program today too so. C: i'll update later.
weight: 1o9.2
update; 3 redline today and i feel fine. in aerobics we did : o8 minute abs & arms, (haha, and it's my running day not ab day, oh well) and 1o minutes of stationary biking. came home, and did wk1d2 on the treadmill. 25;o1 was my time, 89.9kcal burned.

so i've been sticking with the running program even though i am behind about a week. i'm on 2.5/2.5 x 5 now, walking at 3mph and running at 5mph. i really can't wait to speed up. well, i can't wait to be able to run, then speed up! my weight is bouncing around which is really annoying. but whatever.
