If you are posting pictures in threads, and they are too big, or you post it and realize it's too big after you've posted, just take the
link it instead! If you see a picture missing from your post after, and it says that it was stretching the page in dark red text then I've removed it. The reason this irritates people is because then they can't see the whole picture sometimes (if they have an odd browser), and they have to side-scroll the page to read people's speech bubbles. People don't like to do that. So please, don't post large pictures. Link them.
Lastly, if you post a wallpaper, don't even bother to see if it stretches the page; it will. Link it. And just because something doesn't stretch the page on your screen, doesn't mean it won't stretch it on someone elses. The smaller the resolution, the less things that fit on it. So someone with a 800x600 screen will have something that stretches the page, when on a higher resolution, it won't. And I know I've already said this, but sometimes people don't listen the first time.
