2: All Crew and Vice Captains are subject to constant scrutiny and will be demoted if found derelict in their duties.
3: Every Vice Captain answers to the Captain, and only to the Captain.
4: Each Vice Captain is responsible for no more than six and no less than one Crew. The Crew for which each Vice Captain is responsible shall be detailed in the Chain of Command thread.
5: A Vice Captain is responsible for the actions and behavior of the Crew assigned them. Inability to manage one's Crew will result in demotion.
