Since there are minimal Uchiha members left, the remaining have moved into the main portion of Konoha. Therefor, leaving a large built city behind. When Hokage Uzimkai Naruto came into power, he tried to focus some power on making the village looking better, by enhancing it's building, making them larger. The Uchiha village was small, but a great example of that accomplishment. It now looks like this.
