In my opinion,no >.<
But in the Konoha sporting events episode,when Naruto was walking around,there was the 4th hokage walking (he wasn't really visible) o.O

It couldn't possibly be the fourth because people saw him die. And besides, a ghost couldn't kill Jiraiya.

There was also Itachi there and a dead Zabuza and Haku 3nodding
And according to the manga, nope. Unless the Yondaime had two different names and was at two different places at once, then nope! ;D

I think the Konoha Sporting Event was just a special/OVA
But I'm not that sure.
Minato's not Pein. He's a different person.
