OK, so it will probably never happen, but if the Nightrunner books were made into movies, but if they were, who would pick as the cast, and why? Here's my pick for a few... Seregil: Christian Bale (God he is sooooo HOT!) Alec: I have NO idea! I can't think of any actors that look the part and are actually good actors >.< MAYBE Emile Hirsch, but I haven't seen him in too much. Micum: John Rhys-Davies Seriously! Just take the way he played Gimli in LOTR, and dye his hair red! Mardus: Ralph Fiennes *drooools* Beka: Emma WatsonKlia: Scarlett JohanssonSo, anyone got any better suggestions?

Aww, I only know a couple of the actors. But one of the pictures of Scarlett Johansson makes me think that she would make a better Beka than Klia.
I was reading a discussion to one of Lynn's entries on her LiveJournal, and the majority of people there (Lynn included), want Seregil played by Johnny Deep. I can't say I argue either.

Hmmm...... Maybe. But I'm totally spun on Christian Bale (especially as Batman, he's so hooooooot). I just don't know if Johhny Depp would be a good Seregil; don't get me wrong, he's an amazing actor, and very handsome, but he just doesn't seem to fit the character for some reason (IMHO anyways ^^)

I haven't decided which yet, but I think that Keira Knightley would be a good Phoria or Klia. I'm not quite sure which though.

Johnny Depp as Seregil would be... interesting. XD Part of me would enjoy seeing him in the role, just to see him do it (and the Gwethelyn part would be hilarious), but he's not the Seregil type for me. I've never seen Christian Bale in anything, but from the pictures on IMDb he could come pretty close to the role appearance-wise. ^^
Well, I'm pretty bad at this stuff because I really don't know many actors, but I'll give it a shot... I think [Jamie Campbell Bower] could be a good Alec? He's certainly cute! I've only discovered him recently, in Sweeney Todd (oh, his singing voice! heart ).
I can't even think of my favourite actors anymore, sheesh. XD I'll think more on this...

Aha! I actually thought of this one while I was falling asleep last night. XD It wouldn't be possible now, but I think the [Val Kilmer] of 1988 might have made a good Seregil, based on his role as [Madmartigan] in the movie [Willow]. :3

OMG! I would love to see Johnny Depp as Seregil (playing Lady Gwethelyn and that is if he accepts to play a gay character) but Keira Knightley as Klia..nah she doesnt exactly have the build..no offence to any fans..and yeah Scarlett Johannson would make a better Beka but shes not exactly that young. But im not quiet sure who i would cast so ill get back to that later..

I don't think Johnny Depp would object to playing a gay character, just think of all the other roles he's played
