So most sexually active women will tell you that period = hell in relation to one's sex life. Whenever I have my period or my girlfriend has hers, we think of it as a time for one of us to give more attention to the other if you know what I mean. But, last week, my girl's period was almost over and I pretty much couldn't wait 3nodding . I wore latex gloves, of course.
Has anyone else here had sex during your or your girl's period? Some gynes actually recommend sex during your period as a way to relieve cramps and muscle tension!

Personally, no. However, one of my good friends at school (a lesbian) says that sex during your period is supposed to be amazing. She says that it can give you really intense orgasms... As for relieving tension, that probably is the case... because orgasms can relax other muscles in your body. It's highly likely it does the same to your lower muscles, especially with them being where they are. When your muscles relax, you won't have to worry so much about cramps and other discomfort associated with periods.
Though I've never had sex on my period (only had sex once... and my girlfriend lives far away, so no sex until I visit), I have masturbated. It certainly doesn't make things worse, so for anyone who's comfortable enough with it, I say go for it. :3...In your arms, my love in cold blood.

Yup, crack out the gloves and dental dams! I admit dams aren't much fun, but I love using gloves. It seems a bit kinky. wink

We have on many occasions. On those heavy days having sex in the shower is always a good way to make sure one is not making too much of a mess. I only think there is a problem with this if you don't know if your partner has any STDs, otherwise there is no reason not to get your redwings. *grins*
