your pictures arent bad, the only thing that needs work on the 3 are the heads and maybe some sharpening.

I'd say that I have to agree with Twilight. Although, I gotta say that a new scanner would probably help, though I cannot possibly, or reasonably, blame you for that, but the blurriness of takin' pics with a digicam isn't doin' ya any favors. Still, I can tell that your linework is pretty solid.
I like that you're goin' for dynamic poses, but Twilight's right about the heads. Although I've seen this style work before, they seem a little too big to go with the body designs you've got, so the effect is that the whole thing is rather distorted, and not in a good way.
On the whole, I'd say you're in good shape, though (pardon the pun). What there is to fix will largely be fixed by nothing more than practice, though I'd suggest finding some reference pics that you like, or convincing someone you know to model for you (not an easy sell, unfortunately.)
