I want to know who you guys think is the best shinobi of all. I don't care if the shinobi is from the leaf village, or the sand village, or even the sound village! This is just to see everybody's opinions. Also, if you would be so kind, please state 2 reasons supporting your choice! They don't have to be complex, just 2 simple reasons. The main point of this is to have fun, and argue with other people to get your point across!

The best shinobi is of course, Naruto. He has the 9 tail fox inside of him, giving him almost limitless chakra! He also was able to complete the rasengan, which even his own father, the fourth hogake couldn't do!
