Basicly the idea came from a member of the guild!

Were ganna have small competitions here, where people submit their own work that they have done at home, and we rate it. the winners will be given a prize weather it be cash or items!

Now as far as the main rules for this forum goes, i will let the person that thought this up post her own rules here.

so when you read this ColliNyxie, think up of some rules that you think would fit this place well.

once i review and edit them ill place them up and we can start the games here!

Well im ganna have applications being set up soon for judges and stuff like that O.o

i think i sent you most of my rules in pm. I can't think of anymore so you can go ahead and post them.

there will be two teams of judges, this way even judges can participate in some competitions.

OK from what i read from ColliNyxie. Here are the basic rules (i added some of course)

Rule 1: Upon placing a Image here that you have created, it will be copyrighted by the power of the guild. The image cannot be used again by anyone other then the creator to compete.

Rule 2: All works will be judged with good faith. There will be no Bashing on peoples works, thats just not right. I dont wanna hear any "Omg that image sucks" NO!. if your going to criticize a image do it professionally. "I admire your attempt, however i found that ______ takes away from the image and that ______ needs more color and detail" stuff like that is acceptable. By pointing out things that you noticed wrong or you didnt like in a image; it will help the creator figure out his/her mistakes, without hurting their feelings.

Rule 3: According to real life laws a person is allowed to use a previous work (photoshop a image of inuyasha or something) as long as there is a 70% or more difference in the final project from the original.
EX: Chii standing infront of a building. Edited image: Chii standing infront of a lake with some other graphics or so added to make it look like its windy and stuff.:
as long as there is a 70%+ diffrence from the original image, it can be used.

Rule 3 razz t2: The only exclusion to rule 3 is if you are using a image from a original art work. (which means it was created by a fan here in Gaia) If this is the case, the person MUST ask for permission to edit the work first before being able to edit the image. The creator must also post that he gave you permission to do so before you post the image this way the person cannot say "Hey i didnt give you permission" after you posted it.

Rule4: Try to keep drawings PG16 at the most. Since this is Artwork, i will allow images crossing the line at times; (Since art should not be censored so much after all it is just that ART) However i will not allow images that are just clearly and deliberately made for H or P purposes. If your in doubt about your Images, PM them first to Me or a Judge incharge of that competition. they will give you the Ok on the issue if they see it fit.

Rule 4:Judge version.
Judges Do be advised that upon becoming a judge for a competition, you will be responsible for certain images that make it to the board. If a competitor PMs you a Image that they want to be evaluated as far as crossing the H or P line; You must be responsible and with your proper judgement make the call on the image. DO KEEP IN MIND that these people are trusting you so if you get a image DO NOT report the player, the fact that they are comming to you to verify the rating of the image, takes alot of trust, so do not betray it! If you allow a image that other judges find to have crossed the line, or if someone post a image without verification, please inform a mod or me so that it can be removed ASAP.

Rule 5: Non original Artwork projects (such as Photo shopped items or Anime Music Videos,) Are allowed as long as the Rule 3 threshold is met. They must also be posted in their own thread
EX: AMV Competition, Original artwork Competition, Shopped Competition. ETC.

Rule 6: Fan Fictions are allowed. Please keep Fan fictions PG18 at the most. It can have romantic moments, as long as you dont describe something that is not suitable for someone underage.
