Sumba crouched behind a dumpster watching as a small grey mouse scurried back and forth as it picked crumbs from the garbage.
She watched it for a few minutes and then leapt out of her hiding place causing the mouse to try and find cover away from her claws, Sumba shadowed it, and she had no intention of catching the mouse she was just playing.
When the mouse disappeared into a crack in a building Sumba sighed and wondered onto the sidewalk.

The kitten padded around on small grey paws. He had no idea why he had left the house. Normally his little girl let him back in. But today, when the long yellow beast picked up the little girl to carry to her destination of which she went 5 days a week, he hadnt been let in.
So his tail twitched as he walked. He was bored now. And traveling did nothing for him, as his body shook a bit from fear of the beasts.
It was so scary out here sometimes..He had forgotten that.
He dissappeared down a quiet alley, using his keen eyes to keep watch at the trash cans.

Sumba roamed around the city streets for a while before going back into the ally when the streets started to fill up with people moving about. J
umping up on a pile of cardboard boxes she looked into a garbage can with the lid pushed off, peoples often left interesting things in them one time she had found an old knitted sweater which was wonderfully warm or it was until the rats pulled it apart...stupid rats.

With a flick of is gray tail, the kitten sighed, walking around the trashcans. Uneventful..
He really wished, however, that the little girl would get home soon to let him in. He didn't know if he liked it out here. He was an outdoor housecat. He loved to walk outside the house, just to inspect, then come back in. That was the way this worked.
That little girl was just going to have to remember his schedule.
"Pfft.."
He groaned.

Sumba perked her ears and held still, sniffing she looked around, she thought she had heard something.
Jumping off the garbage cans she looked around the alleyway before moving to poke her head out and look around the sidewalk for a minute.
Seeing nothing out of the ordinary she shook her and wondered back into the alley mumbling to herself.
"Wow, I most be losing it."

Bugsy stopped. His ears perked, and his mouth hung open. He listened for the noise he had heard.. He wasn't hearing things, and he wasn't losing anything.. He had heard something.
"Who's there.. And whatcha doin' hidin'?" He called, hoping to bring the other out of hiding.
If it was a dog, he'd tear it to pieces, he would. He would eat it! Yeah! Thats right! He would eat the dog. So he put on his best snarl, and waited for the dog to jump out.
