I've been reworking my chapter around an "up close and personal" feel. Extremely divergent. Traits are "Trust your Battle Brothers" and "See but Don't be Seen". Disadvantage is "Eye to Eye"
I keep forgetting what I put as my disadvantage because I don't have the models for it to affect me. My colors are Black and blue armor, right half black. Right half of helmet silver. With my theme in mind I wanted a pseudo death-company look.

I think I have a fairly well-balanced team. Now all I need to do is learn some decent tactics...
I have
-2 Tactical squads
-1 scout squad with snipers
-1 veteran squad
-1 assault squad
-1 Chaplain w/jump pack
-1 Librarian w/familiar (Scratch-built)
-1 commander w/bunch of wargear (Also scratch-built)

Your chapter sounds like a second founding of the Ultramarines, I'm guessing this because of your 'Third Company: Fists of Guilliman'
Robute Guilliman was the primarch of the ultramarines, thats kinda what im basing it on, If im right please tell me as I am a great fluff buff and love to find people who create second foundings of chapters that exist already.
