Omg i was sooo confused when i watched ep 154 and now after watching 155 i get it but that was sooo wrong in how he said bring me the heads of your four friends and you killing me will be water under a bridge i myself was mad about that.

lol XD I can see how you got confused XP
I got bored with it after a while...I read the manga so it wasn't as thrilling...but when I read the manga part of it the whole I time I was just like "Wait....he didn't seem like the kind of person to say that... I wouldn't trust him..he's probably still that hollow thing.." except I think the manga ended differently for that part than the anime did...in the manga rukia gets injured badly and it's assumed she's dead and I think the arrancar escaped and there was nothing about him not being able to be in the light....or maybe I just zoned out during that part and need to read it again...
