There are 4 major clans that have a base in the Land Of Rain.
First there is Akatsuki
Then Uchiha (The next gen of them)
Then Oni (They have demons sealed in them)
And finaly Norisu (look up chain of command for more info)
You must ask to be in one of these clans by pm'n me.

You may make a clan but you have to run it by me first. If I like it, and/or think that it isnt like some cheap a** thing I will let you. You can NOT copy other people clan ideas but you can join with mine or the make of that clans permison.
