ok this is the rules who ever gets this right gets gets 100 gold
ok here's the riddle what can be a verb and noun at the same time or in the same sentince
if you give me a exsample you will get an extra 50 gold

It would be a gerund, but that was a wrong example
I like running because it helps me get exercise.
to find a verb, you would ask what is the MAIN noun of the sentence : I then you say I what? : I like finally you find the DO which is ALSO a noun : running
i like running

i mean a word that can be verb and a noun here's a hint humans can't normaly do this but with a vehicale we can
