This is sort of out of the blue, but since I am a Vice Captain, I took advantage of the option to join the Captains guild. Its pretty nice to have that there to assist my leading questions I may have to properly meet everyones needs.

I wanted to clarify that it is there in case anyone is a captain and/or vice in any guild at all. Its a good idea just to be a part of that guild for convenience of things.

It's sort of ridiculous...
Last time I went to ask about the other possible uses we may give to the gold users donate to the guild account.
And this was the answer: The new Guild System will come out well after Marketplace 3.0... : X

That was months ago, where are the changes? nowhere to be seen.
(I wonder if this new marketplace system that came out a few months ago is 3.0.. If it isn't then, heck, we won't be expecting updates for a long time.)

I also asked about the issue with inactive members and how guilds should have a system allowing those in charge of it to automatically PM every member without having to do it separately.. This would save a lot of time, and boredom/headaches.

Gaia Guilds is in dire need of an update, there's many things that can be improved/remade.. But no... the admin is busy with everything else. Always.

No it is true, the captains guild is a glorified forumn where some captains relay information as to how they might improve their guilds. The problem with that is the simple fact that you have to search through hundreds of stupid questions to find anything remotely useful. It may be helpful to somebody just starting out as a captain, but in the long run, a forumn/tutorial would be just as effective.
