Hey Alucard. I checked out your track and I can point out a couple pointers if you're interested.
The Fiat is a biplane and that means it will turn on a dime. Don't be afraid to use this plane for rolls, split S's, high and low yoyos. Not sure if you know what those terms mean, but try reading the "In Pursuit" pdf book I posted in one of the other threads; that will help a lot.
Even though you can turn sharply with this plane you'll want to keep its energy up, meaning keep its speed up too. If you have energy and some altitude you should be able to go into quick dives and climbs. You have to be careful not to be too greedy when climbing because you'll just hang and eventually stall, losing control of the plane, which is what I saw a couple times.
When going into a close dogfight with this plane, use its strength; turning to evade and to get into the bandits six. I know it's a little hard to see with that plane, because of the two wings blocking your view, but if you turn a bit you can see him.
Also, try avoiding head on attacks, that's almost a death wish. Instead, try turning a little bit to the right or left while climbing a bit. After the bandits pass you, turn into them and go for them.
I've included a track of the same planes, too. Maybe that will help you out.
Although I lost my wingman in this one, I managed to shoot the other two bandits down. I think you'll like how the second bandit goes down.
