Lupe Chimei, the very brother of Exain, had through the majority of Exain's life been trying to regain honor. He had in fact been staying quiet and letting his big brother take the shine of glory for once. Exain had not lead the most glamorous life, and he knew that deep down Exain needed a confidence booster. He however did not predict that Exain would begin to attract the beings they had been trying for so long to maintain a mere shadow of the past to. Nobody knows who killed Exain, but it is clear that Lupe has a good idea as to who it may be.

Exain, through the last few years of his life had been uncovering the remains of an ancient city. It was "re-discovering the past to uncover the future" he had said once to Lupe. While he disagreed with Exain's method, Lupe did honor some of his last wishes. He spent a good portion of time ignoring the war and building up what was known as the ruins of Necropolis. In this period of time he had manged to protect it from the corruption of the war itself. Many of the survivors fled and lived out their days in what is the most civilized place in the known world.

Today the city flourishes. It is the capital city of a fragile country that once had glory. Lupe maintains his leadership, but is seldom seen. He lets factions, personal alliances, gain control of pieces here and there, but not without making them pay homage to him. If a single person gains too much power within the city, and Lupe does not like what they do with it, he is merciless.
