Kingdom Hearts

Well, as many of you may know, there will not be one, but three different titles of Kingdom Hearts coming out next. And guess what... they are all on Handheld systems! (hmm, remember when KH was first released then followed up with a handheld KH then another on console? Now these ones are on handheld!? Maybe theres a pattern here...) Since this is mostly the biggest new, I suppose I shall begin the thread with these...

No, to begin, there are three new KH's coming out. One on Nintendo DS, one on PSP, and also one on Mobile Phone.

The first I will start with is the one on DS called Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days.

Now, this game centers more around Roxas and the organization. Tetsuya Nomura believed since Roxas got such a short role in Kingdom Hearts 2 that he should back up his story more. Having such a short role probably could make fans think that Roxas should have been the main character in Kingdom Hearts 2, lol. But to go on, this game shall show how Roxas was accepted into the organization, and shall also shed more light into the other organization members. But there is also a new character involved in this... the fourteenth member. The only thing known about this new member is that she is female. There is no confirmation on her weapon yet (If she has one), or her name/age. There has been speculation that it is Namine, but it is seriously doubtful. In fact if you played KH2 Namine said, when she first met Roxas that she wanted to meet him atleast once, meaning she couldn't have seen him before. This game shall also be going in time order through KH1 to KH2. But rumors will always be rumors...

Also in the game you can play as Roxas, but you can also play as all of the other members! Yeah, I mean it! That means Xigbar, Xaldin, Marluxia, and everyone else! Even Xemnas and the still mysterious fourteenth member. There is a new gauge in the game as well. It has been deemed the LP gauge. No one know for sure what it does yet... but when we find out, we'll let you know^^.

Of course there will be the simple, "Go to this world! Then this one and that one!" But there is a teeny tiny twist. You will instead be playing in missions, yes thats right, missions. Some will be with like, a certain number of Heartless to kill, and some will also be different. There is also a chair system in the organization. Resulting from missions, if you do good or bad. Man.. it would suck to have the lowest chair... At the end of a mission you shall be graded on how you do, A "G" means you did good. This will result in you chair in the organization going up. But, if you get a "N" that means that you did did bad, or you did something other than your mission objective. Getting one of those bad boys will result in your chai getting lowered. There is also a multiplayer mode in the game where you can play as any Organization XIII member you choose. Modes in multiplayer are so-op and also a versus mode, to see who can do what first. Who knows, there might even be more modes not spoken yet...

Well the only release date confirmed for this game is in summer of 2008 for Japan. So don't get your hopes up for an earlier date, there could be delays...

I would give a link to a download of Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, but I don't have one...

Although, in about a week or two, I am expecting a copy of KHII:FM+ from Japan^^. It was for good grade on my exams.

But remember, not everything in this download of the game has been translated. Here is a list of what has...

This is Kingdom Hearts Coded^^. This game won't be played on any other normal platform, but on the mobile phone. A special quality about that is, that it will still be on a horizontal screen. Yup, so it will still be in 3-D and 2-D. Oh and I know this sound weird, and you might not believe me but, the original idea for this game arose when Tetsuya Nomura was drunk. Go ahead don't beleive me if you want, but it's already been proven in an interview >.>. The release of this game won't be soon like 358/2 Days is in the summer (Japan). This is because the current cell phones out don't have the ability to handle the graphics. Don't worry, it's okay, you can cry now, lol.

Now lets talk about the story for a little bit...

To start, this KH game will take place after Kingdom Hearts II. Well, the story starts off with Jiminy looking through his blank journal entries (The vevent of Castle Oblivion, and the after the battles with Organization XIII). Then he finds a sentence he doesn't ever remember writing that says

“You need to return, to heal the wounds.”

Finding this Jiminy goes and warns King Mickey. The king is also startled about this, but is unable to give help. But the King says that only "he" is the one that can make sense of this (Sora maybe...?). The story involves Sora, but it won't be the real one we all know and love. Instead it will be a copy one, digitalized. He is sent into the journal to find this bug, and 'delete' it.

You also find out some unanswered questions in this game like, "What the heck was Riku thinking when he kidnapped Kairi (From the first Kingdom Hearts). Also it will show somethings that we didn't even know, like King Mickey was in Twilight Town at the same time Sora first appeared there (Also from the first Kingdom Hearts).

Now let's see the game play,

What is currently known about the game play is that Sora will have to solve puzzles while heartless attack him. But once you complete this puzzle you get an option called "Debug". This is what I like most about this game. It lets you power Sora up and changes the rules a little bit you could say. You see once you choose that option you get to choose what type of debugging you wish to use. The only one that had been confirmed so far is "High Speed Stage". This rises your movement and attack speed greatly! How ever if you are not able to get rid of the bug in time then the debugging will end and you'll have to take another wack at it again in another debug mode. Once you've gotten rid of that nasty bug the result screen comes up. Now, remember how in the old Kingdom Hearts games where you level up? Well this time around this copy Sora Versions up (lol). It's just like leveling, but with a different name. There is also an online multiplayer mode. The only thing known about this is that the second player joining will be shown as a shadow Sora. Also While in the other person's worlds you can get rid of some heartless for them and even solve puzzles for them! Afterwards you just go back to your own game.
