Uncerted Pink obscured the once pleasant scenery as he marched his neon hooves into the lands of the Cimarron. He had taken residence with a young native girl. She claimed to be the medicine man's friend, but he wasn't sure he believed her.
He was told he'd make it no where, seeing as how bright he truly was. No herd would accept him.. So his mind kept him with the natives. But that didn't mean he was unhappy with the way he looked, oh no. Far from it. He adored himself, and his brightly colored stocking banded across his legs. His bright orange and green mane blew slightly in the wind, and Ta Da! stopped and glanced around. Not very many horses around here.. At least.. Not from what he could tell.
His orange and green hued tail flicked behind him and he grmbled a bit at the boredom that he felt. He hated this new place.. He was much happier among the other bright horses from his last home. But he wasn't content was he. Nooo.. He had to go and wonder what else was out there.
  Ha!
Well.. Curiosity killed the cat right?

Raising her white hoof up a bit the bright blue eyes gleamed in the sun. Shaking out the bright purple mane and a flicker of the same hued tail, the young mare that grazed, for once, by herself was enjoying her peace.
Adongo had watched a little calf colt named Tucker, but it seemed that he had ran off with his herd of foal aged friends, well that was a good thing. As it seemed once that happened her wandering brother and father had reappeared. With a smile at that thought the mare lifted her head up and looked over her shoulder.
In the direction behind her, about two hundred yards or so across the plains, her cheetah pelted mother and bright pink and white aunt grazed. With a soft smile, it was evident that this mare, that Adongo was a warm soul, but she could have a mouth on her. Guess she got that from her Aunt Albany.
Ears flickering to the sides and a flaring in her nostrils the blue orbs and peach head turned back around. Something was coming.

Ta Da! did not see the fair pelted female as he walked. She was off in the distance, but had he given a slightest bit of attention, he would have seen her. He had always been a flirt, and that had never gotten him into trouble. But he hadn't met anyone here, so maybe they had a different mindset. His throat cleared as he continued walking, and he flicked his head, letting the bright mane flick around his already sickeningly bright body.
He was like a beacon, he could be seen from miles away, and still, he had yet to lose any bit of his self esteem. He loved his hues, and thought himself to be quite the stud. But then again, what was a stud other than one who sees himself as attractive.
For one thing, he was quite the lethario.. But for another.. He had no foals to prove it. Yay for being smart.

Maybe the thing that had called attention to the bright horse in the distance was a call of distress from a bird over head going blind. However, the mare looked at the tip of her flickering bright purple tail and thought about her fair over coat coming from her mother, though she did miss the dark lines that use to deflect the sunlight from her eyes.
Narrowing her eyes abit to get a better look at the other, from the distance she was at, it wasn't easy, then again with the colors of the other it shouldn't have been too hard. Stepping forward on her white hooves, Adongo walked closser until she was able to make out ever odd and bright detail about the, not bleakly obvious stallion.
Well, there went her day at having no company. At least he hadn't spotted her yet, and that surprised the mare. Most of the time her mother joked about the bright mane that she inherited the genetic from her father with, besides the three little purple dots on her hindquarters branding.
"Hello," Adongo spoke out in a smooth voice that had been similar to that of her mother's seasons ago.

His ears perked and he grinned as he saw the mare approach him. Ah. What a lovely mane she carried. It made him quiver a bit. Mares with a little color were always a turn-on.. But he didn't even know the mare, and he was almost positive he wasn't in the safe zone yet.
"Hello there.. Might I say, you have one of the prettiest manes.." He said, looking it over again, in all its purple wonder.
"What may I ask, is your name? I cannot see a beauty striking before me, and not know of what to call her."
Thick? Maybe. But it was genuine too. He was a stallion with manners, and he had been raised by mares.. The mares he had known were very flashy, yes. Vibrant colors and all sorts of highlights to their bodies. So.. He could have been very wrong.

Looking from the other to her mane, Adongo simply smiled, she had never had someone comment of her brightly colored hair. Then again, she hadn't laid eyes upon such a brightly colored male with a neon glow to him either.
With a c**k of her head, the mare dipped her nose, "Yes, you may as, and I'm called Adongo, may I ask what your namesake is, in return? I was raised with manners after all good sir." the pale mare stated with a soft smile. Her mother would have died to see her so well behaved and in such a high mood.

Ah manners were wonderous things, and gave him the sense of pride.
"My name is Ta-Da! And I hail from a foreign herd, that is making its way to this valley. Im..what you could call a scout."
His flashy neon body was nothing compared to the family he hailed from. Everyone was so very bright, and even this mare could fit right in.
Sure, she had a gentle hue, but her mane was bright, and she seemed quite the friendly little thing.
"Might I say Adongo, that you are absolutely lovely."

Smiles at mention of a foreign herd, "My father came from a Foreign herd as well. Though I don't think from the same as yours since he is about the same bright colorations as I."
Swishing her tail the male's odd but unique name was placed to memory. "Such and intriguing name, but fitting for you Ta-Da, if I could say so myself."
Yes, Adongo was in a very bright mood on this day, maybe it was for finding another, not of her family, with a bright hue. However, bright mood she was in, she felt the odd sensation of her cheeks flaring up with warm blood in a blush.
"Well, thank you, Ta-da. You're quiet a charmer... if I might say so."

He'd been raised by mares.. His special herd had not supported the Stallions that impregnated them. They would send the father off, and raise the foals themselves.. It was working well for them, as he had turned out exceptionally good.
Though there were the lost causes.. He was luckily, not one of them.
"I doubt he belonged to my herd, as my herd is all mares, besides the colts they birth."
He said, flicking his neon green tail, and grinning.
"Oh! Well thank you Adongo. My mother named me well.. Her name is somewhat similar.. We all have flashy names.. Theres a Wazaam.. an Alakazaam, a Woo-Hoo... We have interesting names I guess." He said, blushing at the difference in names from the normal herds of the area.
"Charmer? Why of course not.. Only to a pretty mare."

Flashy names to go with such bright coats on the plains. They would definately stand out next to the green/brown (given the season) grass. However she couldn't help but give a small smile at the obviousness in Ta-da's words about his herd.
"Obviously not..." she paused and couldn't help the question, "So they only allow the sons to stay in the herd?" such an odd idea, after all it would appear that her herd had plenty of males, and not to mention the one that was taking Lead from Esper. Such a shame.
Though she allowed her head to bob up and down. "You do have interesting names, but I'm sure my name if not any others you will here is just as interesting." She was such an informer, well it seemed like it today.
A smile couldn't help but play on to her lips, "I'm sure you say that to all the mares you meet." Her words were the only sign that she was trying to play off the complement, after all, she did look after and keep an eye out for her mother and aunt, only seeing her brother and father once in a blue moon.
