Eris walked through the snow and continued her black hooves making a crispy sound where she stepped. Eris looked around bored blood red eyes gazing around for something to do. Life was pretty boring without some one to fight with.
When Lilith and Kali were around when she was younger it was so much fun to push their buttons. Eris smirked at the thought. All grown now her half sister's avoided her as much as they could or at least that’s how it looked. And to most she seemed like a white demon, a cross bred thing that was vindictive and dangerous. Course she couldn't deny she enjoyed watching people run from her. It got boring when that was 'all' they did...
Eris flicked her long blood stained tail at a nearby branch whipping the snow off and sighed. She was going to try and follow her father because she could but that forest frightened her down to her core. How dare she be so cowardly? She would follow him and prove she was as good as him men were inferior and she was out to prove it. She would make sure she could to the same as them!

Even though the beautiful snow in Yisi sheltered her feet, Utena's eyes remained poised on the land of mist. It wafted its way about the trees, tickling and teasing her senses. She thought, if she looked hard enough, she could just catch a sparkling glint of a land she was once a part of. Naturally, Utena knew enough to realize it was impossible, but it irked her that she never had found the acadamy again.
A repulsive 'snap' took her thoughts away and she turned towards the direction it came. A rather frightening crossbreed was there, flinging snow every which way and making her own hoofmarks in the coating of white.
Despite her princely nature, she had been raised with a hate of Crossbreeds. The school, as well, had told her that breeds should stick with their own kind when it came to love and affairs - the school even seperated sleeping arrangements according to this jurisdiction. However, Akio never did follow his own rules. Long story short, the sight of the crossbreed left her unnerved. Perhaps mingling with others of different races was alright, but crossbreeds, they were an actual combination.
Her other half told her to let it go. Afterall, they still had thoughts and feelings, just like Anthy had. It wasn't like her to be prejudice. She found herself staring, and realized it was rather a rude thing to be doing.
Better cover it up, then. "Is something wrong?" Well, the other Nequus did look angry.

The pale mare raised her head to the other's voice. "Of course there is something wrong." she said throwing her long mane aside and out of her face. As Eris noticed the Ischa didn’t have any wings… now that’s odd and something you defiantly don’t see everyday. Was that a crossbreed? No it couldn’t be it would at least have some sort of wings. A mutant maybe… and why the hell was it asking if she needed help?
“The fact of the matter is stallions are the problem thinking themselves superior when in fact it is the mares that are superior.” Eris said with a snort staring in the direction of Casa Tiner. Damn her father. And every other stallion she had met. Always the same attitude and it was damn annoying.
Eris looked at the strange ischa mare “What are you doing here anyway?” she asked loking at her through blood red eyes.

Utena had never responded well to anger or upset in another’s voice. She couldn’t understand such pent up emotion, or rather releasing it on a Nequus she did not know. The statement rather took her back, and she wanted to whole heartedly agree, but knowledge of Miki held her back. There were those like Saionji and Touga that thought of women as nothing more than a sex and weakness, but others she couldn’t pass judgment on.
“Eiee,” she began, shifting uncomfortably, “they’re not all like that.” Would the crossbreed find this upsetting as well? Would the mere fact that she had disagreed tweak a nerve on the other’s face and send them hurtling after a distraught Utena with fury? She hoped not. “I mean, some of them have their bullocks’ all tied up in a knot and they’re rather cranky about their pride,” she added, hoping to catch herself gracefully. Men like that hit Anthy. Men like that slept with multiple women at once, and men like that pretended to be your prince because they’d supposedly fallen in love with you. She’d seen them and found that no, they weren’t better than she or the female Nequus before her, but in many ways they weren’t any worse. “I mean to say, we’re all battling on the same playing field.”
This one was, rather nosy, but then again, it wasn’t uncommon for her to stumble across what other’s considered ‘their territory’. When it came down to it, they had every right to pry for it could very well involve them. Survive was the only rule out here. She couldn’t imagine who would want to live anywhere near that dastardly forest, though. “Reminiscing,” she admitted bitterly, watching the mist move with a sigh. “It’s a desperate place, isn’t it?”

"I have yet to meet one..." replied the white mare then listened and let her continue. Treating Utena better than any other male she had met. Standing chest raised high head tilted only slightly her mane fell down across her face and her read horn pointed rather menacing. Men were all fools in her opinion. So it seems this nequus has dealt with irritant men as well yet she still believes there are good men in the world?
"And tell me of these good men..." she said voice full of skepticism. Eris relaxed her stance it seemed she had nothing to fear from this nequus, nothing yet anyways...
Eris looked back toward that dark forest and watched the mists swirl as though to draw one in. How foolish and yet she had to agree. It was a place for desperation. She was desperate to prove herself right about all things. Eris said nothing on her subject of reminiscing, it wasn’t her territory anyway.
"Yes it is a desperate place." She muttered

That, Utena thought, was a darn shame. Sure, men had their issues, but Miki had been particularily wonderful. So sweet, young, innocent. And what of Nanami's little follower? He'd wandered with the sole purpose of serving her and nothing else. Just wanting to grow up.
Utena watched the other's stance relax, and found her own tension releasing. It would be a lie to say that this one hadn't had her worries high. The next statement caught her off guard. She didn't think she'd ever spoken of anyone deliberately before, and she wasn't great with stories. She couldn't say, 'Well, you know,' because she likely didn't.
"Well there's . . . " she paused, wondering if he'd mind her giving out his name. "A young boy, really sweet, small, Bae. He's got quite a talent and he's always very helpful. Most polite person I know, I don't think he's got a mean bone in his body." Sure, she'd sparred with him, but even during the duels he had an air of frienship. It was a very different feeling than she'd gotten from everyone else. As if he was the only one that had a sense of caring. "Now his sister on the other hand," Utena grinned. "She's like a wild animal." She thought that Kozue would like the analogy. That one was very into nature and her freedom.
Her heart twanged when she thought of him. "Don't think I'll see him again, though," she answered with a disheartened smile.

The white mare listened "He most likely only wants something from you." Eris pointed out. "Why else you a stallion Ever be kind to another." her obvious superiority complex began showing, in her mind mares were better than stallions obviously and were far superior in everything they did or could do.
"Males are useless fools who have no place in the world." Eris stood firm and it was obvious not much was going to change her mind. Eris belief was based on her personal experience with males nothing good ever came out of dealing with them and not once had she a good experience with them.
Yet.. still there was a longing for this Ischa to see her friend again. It was foolishness. Eris couldn't understand it. "But... regardless of my dislike of males, if you do miss this bae it shouldn't be too hard to find him, go back and you will find him." she said rather dryly. She wasn't very good when it came to making another feel better... that was certain. Eris tossed her mane from her face and stared at the white mare before her.
