Hey, guys and gals. bardock75 here, and Kakarot_234 has asked me to post an official listing of the Rules of this Guild. So, without further ado, I present to you, The Rules of the DragonBall/Z/GT Fan Guild:
1. Please post clearly and coherently. You're not helping anyone by refusing to communicate with complete words or sentences, or refusing to use capitalization and punctuation.
2. Please don't spam. That means stay on topic, and don't post without a reason to post. This leads into the next rule...
3. Please don't post twice in a row (AKA double posting). You have an edit button, use it to alter your posts instead of making another post altogether. If you accidentally double post, leave the mods a note to delete the accidental post and we'll do so. However, if the creator of a thread has expressly stated that double-posting is allowed, then feel free.
4. Please don't fight. Not with other members, and definitely not the staff. Just don't. Any problems you have can be solved with calm and polite conversation. If you want to fight, nobody will come out of it happy, least of all you.
5. Please don't post without reading through things thoroughly. When posting in a thread, read past pages so that you aren't mentioning something already talked over.
6. Please don't make one word posts. Don't post replies that consist of only one word. Regardless of what that word is, it is most likely not going to contribute anything to any threads. Posts with only emoticons or statements such as "I agree" are also not allowed. In short, your replies should be useful to the discussion.
7. Please don't barrage new members with multiple links to the rules or long write ups on how to behave at the forums. The Introduction section is for new members to be warmly welcomed to the forums. A link to the rules needs to be posted once and once only. Anything beyond that will be seen as backseat modding, which is frowned upon.
8. Please don't make non-DB/Z/GT-related threads in the main forum. That's what we have an Other Topics sub-forum for.
9. When making a poll, please make it relevant to the thread it's in. No polls that just have one option, or no question, or polls that aren't actually related to the thread they're above, or in. Polls that have nothing to do with the topic they're in, or fulfill any of the above related terms, are prohibited, and will be deleted.
10. NO LINKING, ADVERTISING FOR, OR OTHERWISE MENTIONING, ANY SITE THAT IS IN ANY WAY PORNOGRAPHIC!! scream evil scream evil
11. Please don't post links to stuff on Gaia that requires participation in something other that the Guild. We're low on active members as it is. Please don't send the last few away. sad
If anyone has any questions, just pm myself or Son Goshi-Kun. One of us should know.
Also, this topic is not "post-in-able." This means you cannot post in it. It's just the rules and that's it. The only new posts in this thread will be from either me or Son Goshi-Kun, and they will just be additions to the rules, which will be copied into the main Rule Box.
Finally, this post will be occasionally updated with new rules that I think will better the Guild. Most likely after I see that someone has committed an offense for which no current rule will suffice.

I have another rule, which is exclusive to me:
DO NOT POST YAOI THREADS ON THE MAIN FORUM!!!
Due to my friends, I am very against anything like that and will not tolerate it (they've been forcing it on me, and that makes everything worse). If you are determined to have one though, I'll either make a seperate forum or desinate it to be elsewhere. Please do not put one up without my permission as I will delete it.
