Just like an employee of the month type thing but I'll put a pole of like 5 or so active members and everyone votes and the one with the most votes when it's time to update the front page wins and gets their name on the front page.

xD It's actually quite fun! [more fun than it sounds]
I stole the idea from a MOTW [member of the week] from an old guild I was in. It was really fun and to see your name on the front page made people squee. x3 I hope people will get that excited here soon!
