If you live in Houston, TX and are looking for a winter guard to join NEXT season post and PM me I am trying to get one together and we are only up to 10 members

Requirements
be willing to work your a** off

Flag line must be able to do
1000 drop spins (both sides) with out breaking
1000 peggi spins (both sides)with out breaking

Weapon line
must be able to throw at least a 5 on saber and rifle consistently

Just curious, but what class are you trying to start in. 'Cause that sounds like Open class skill. I didn't think you could just start that high up.

depends on the age range of people... I'm in a world class and i haven't have to do 1,000 drop or peggy spins, but we have different requirements. I know Blessed Sac has different requirements too, lot stricter thhan ours... but some might be rumors.

oh we can do it but it's not really required... and we're like 7th in the world right now. i don't know our warm up is 1,1,and 1 so 100 drop to peggies then to drops again on both hands. tosses. just the norm, i never really thought about it. lol!

now tell me if this sounds weird.... but we have a fairly, decent guard, one of the better ones for our group/skill on our coastline.... but we don't make people try out .

at all , if you want in, your in and we help you as much as we can... is this a little unusual,? most of our new people evrey year have never tuched a flag before.....
