To make a photogram, all you need to do is place your photopaper in your enlarger as normal and place various objects directly onto your paper. This blocks the light and leaves some areas undeveloped (depending on what you use of course. Magazine pages will develop a black and white inverted image)
I've seen some really interesting photographs done this way. I took a bit of a different take on it, but its still a photogram. (I did two so I'll post them both. The one is a paper negative/double exposure/photogram)

Photo 1
I did a whole slew of things to this photo. I took a lot of photos of the individual using a tripod, so the door in the background lined-up (I'll explain in a sec) After developing the film, I select two negatives, one with her on the left and another with her on the right, and placed them in the enlarger, one on top of the other. From the picture those negatives made, I made a paper negative. (placing the photo on top of a blank sheet of photo paper) When I did this, I also placed leaves and twigs around the edge to make a decorative border.
Photo 2
This one was relatively simple. I first properly exposed the paper. Then I placed coins on top of the paper (these would block the additional light I was about to add while keeping the area underneath them from being overexposed) I then turned the enlarger back on to expose the rest of the image until it was black.
(I'd like to experiment more with this...it was towards the end of the semester so this was one a the few prints I was able to make.)
Comments would be appreciated ^_^
