These are bustling streets filled with people doing buisness and trying to make a living, Soldiers patrol the streets trying to maintain the peace with many disgruntled citizens. Many citizens are harrassed by the soldiers and officers though they tend to try and live peaceablely. Be warry in case soldiers get to rowdy or mean you might just dissapear. There is also a higher criminal pressance in the village and it has a very dangerous night life. Beware that rain is almost constant from pain's near constant oppression of the village.
