My friend wrote a poem about New Moon. I thought it was great, so I posted it here 2 share with everyone. I did get permission from her, btw. So, here it is.
Swirl
As morning dawns
And evening breaks
I look at choices
I have to make
For only then
As I wake
Is the only time
For a break
A break from the world around me
A Swirl of Fear
Catches me
I can’t get out
Only Wait……..
Wait……..
For what I scream
As I wake
From that evil dream
With nothing more
But a memory.
